Too many thunder claps... at least 5 minute intervals of just rain
The lightning flashing constantly has the opposite effect. Not helpful for sleep when even on the darkest setting it still lights up the room every few seconds.
If this can help me fall asleep in five minutes then why is it eight hours long?
Some will need more time. I like to sleep with the sound of rain.
