When it comes to halo anime I make it a good adaptation of the franchise like castlevania adaptation of an anime without the ultra violence that include blood and gore just make it more source material and more faithful to the video games and novel of halo and such
But no Capcom doesn’t need live service games. People want single player games like resident evil, Dino crisis and their older ips because they are asked for from their fanbases & their customers and because of their story, characters, lore and more. Look what’s happening to live service games they are being delayed, being removed and not being asked for from customers. The only reason bulders gate 3 was successful was because it has story, lore, immersion, the roleplaying its game mechanics it was part of dungeon’s & dragons it was also sought for thoses reasons. We are also seeing games like black myth wukong, stellarblade and some others cause it was gamers wanted for their storytelling, lore, immersion. If companies want to possibly survive from whatever they need to start listening to what their fanbases & customers want,Use their ips by either doing a sequel or remaking /remastering the ips and franchises and follow what black myth wukong, stellarblade and the others.
@ well maybe they(capcom & other companies )need to listen to their fanbases and customers more on what they want on games like black myth wukong, stellarblade, armored core, warhammer, palworld, baulders gate 3.
@@TheElementalHeroTheShadowL.D.W remember we're talking about gaming as an industry and it's beholden to the same capitalist forces as anything else. Entertainment is a commodity, not an art. With that in mind, the unfortunate thing is that customers will only pay $60 to $70 for those single player experiences. All of these publishers are looking at live service games and seeing people pay $150 to $300 per game over the lifetime of it. The good news is that Japanese companies are less beholden to shareholders than American companies. With American companies they want to see short-term gains over anything else. Shareholders for Japanese companies are equally worried about long-term health as much as they are short-term gains. So hopefully Capcom doesn't feel this pressure and cater to their customers over shareholders. But most of the industry isn't going to be like that. I keep thinking how Prince of Persia came out as being one of the best Metroidmania games ever. And they still had to let go of the development team. It's not like the game cost $100 million to make. The sad reality is that a live service game is what makes enough revenue to keep the team alive.
@ i don’t know man the way we’ve been seeing from live service games is major red flags from theses companies and then not focusing single player story, lore, immersion, the characters, their IPs & franchises are another red flags
Wilds looks like shit but plays soooo good. And when you're in an more enclosed area just fighting a monster, it looks fantastic imo. And the moment to moment combat is so amazing, best in class.

I'd like a new Dino Crisis.
Love these Nickless episodes. Such a good flow to the conversations.
I like Nick!
@@hihosilver1234 We like Nick too! (definitely)
Chris Dring exaggerated something to make Xbox look bad??? *makes my not actually shocked face*

The rumour that Xbox only sold around 2m last year (extrapolated from Take Two numbers) is very concerning.

they used to, sure. every company now "needs" constant revenue generators.
