The Ninja 400 makes a great LAST bike, too! I'm 80.5 years old and have had somewhere between 2 dozen and 30 bikes in my lifetime, all the way from my first bike (a '48 HD 2-stroke 125cc that used "white gas only) through numerous intermediate bikes, a half dozen Goldwings or so, Kawi 250 and 300 Ninjas, Connie 1k and 14)... but I digress. Point is, the other day as I was riding this little rascal, it suddenly came to me: I Love This Bike! And that is something I have never said about any of the others. Fun bikes all, very nice bikes, bikes I liked a lot... but this one I truly love.
If the Ninja 400 was a Swiss Army Knife, it would be the tiny key chain one that has enough space for a single 1 inch blade, and scissors that max out on their power scale while cutting masking tape.
I've got one. It literally ticks every box for a great commuter. Super light clutch, over 120mph (200kmh) top speed, 0-60 in around ,4 seconds, and it's super comfortable and I'm 6"3'. Great bike, and it seems very well made, should last a long time. Also it's super tame at low speed up until 7k rpm which is nice in traffic. Super smooth.
@@marcusrwd5301 I've never ridden a 650 but I wouldn't consider one because the tank hits my knees unlike the 400. The 400 is so fast that I really don't think the 650 is necessary. The 650 is stuck in a weird zone, it doesn't sound that good, and it's not much faster than the 400 while costing a bit more. I sold my 400 for a Ducati monster but I still miss the 400. It's so underrated, and such a fantastic bike. Get the 400 for sure, you won't be disappointed.

@@marcusrwd5301 hi i've owned both bikes.. i JUST got back into the 400 for the same purpose.. commuting to college. the 400 is the perfect urban commuter going 75+ mph. n650 was slightly too tall and heavy for me. im 130lbs and 5'6 barely was able to tiptoe on the ninja 650, so it wasn't fun backing it up when I had to park in my tight garage. n650 is a fun bike with all that extra torque, just not my cup of tea.
400cc is plenty fast. I can cruise at 80mph just fine then rip it up to the max 110-120mph. Theres also many mods can do. Once you buy the relay the light addons are endless. To me the ninja 400 is a sports touring. Sits great not to sporty can add bags and cargo. You get sports bike feel but i can use it for my commute bike.
@@nunyabusiness896 I'm a big guy riding a Honda CBR650F. No doubt this 650 is faster than 90% of the vehicles on the road. And in the powerband, it moves and requires your full attention. But there are definitely times I wish I had the power of maybe a Kawi Z900, Ninja 1000 or FZ-09 so I could just be cruising and have the torque to move in any gear. I don't think a supersport is for me for my next bike, but I would love to have that power to go at any time.
@@nunyabusiness896 the ninja 400 and the 650 have the same sitting position from what i can tell. Same 110-120 max speed. The 650 has more acceleration. If you want true up right and easier to work on the z400-z650. But i love the sports bike look and its not so bad in commuting. I can sit on it for about 1 hour nonstop till my ass hurts.
I've ridden just about everything over the last 55 years. This is probably my last bike and I LOVE it. Plenty of torque, great in the corners, and LIGHT. Took a while to get used to the higher revs, but it always puts a smile on my face when I'm running through the north GA mountains.
I have owned a Ninja 400 for just under three months and am having a great time with it. It’s my “beginner” bike, but I think I’ll keep it for quite a while, even after I get my second, third etc. Yes, the are more powerful bikes out there, but this is more than enough for the street. She rides nice, easy to maintain, and have no plans to mod it other than to get it ready for a track day.
Dude your videos have grown on me lol. I just bought a 2020 ninja 400 after watching hours of reviews including your videos. I am so damn impressed with this bike, it's exactly what you guys were making it out to be and I'm loving it every second of it. Thank you. Cheerd
being a plumber, I really do appreciate the amount of thought that you put into the fact that Modern Sanitation is miraculous. Thank you. Now give me that ninja 400 LOL
I’ve been riding for 20 years and I’ve had many bikes current number one is my 2014 cbr1000rr SP I bought a new Ninja400 last month for my 100 mile round trip commute and I can say the Ninja400 is so good and fun it’s amazing plus it’s good for the environment because I use less than 2 gallons for my commute plus I never get stuck in traffic so I get home quickly
Yammie gotta say I love your videos, they have been really helpful with being comfortable as new rider on 2 wheels, your wittiness is a nice touch, and your insight is always appreciated. Keep it up man! I got my endorsement back in November and my first bike is actually 2015 Ninja 300, wanted to get a 400 but I had already impulsively put money down on the 300, but I still love riding it around town. My coworker has an R6 which I rode around the block once, it's a nice difference in speed but a noticeable bit too much lean for me as a new rider.
This is such a beautiful bike. Nice to see someone that really knows how to ride display it. Used to own a 250, after years was even able to ride it in the winter. These smaller rock stars are way more fun than going 100 more mph. They are so easy to control they will keep you alive. Also if you love to rod around it feels like you are all the time while still staying within a comfortable speed. What else could you ever want in a bike. This 400 looks like a dream bike to me ... Not everyone is 200+ pounds.
What Spite said describes exactly why I'm looking to get a 400 after previously owning a 300 and most recently a 636. My 636 would constantly remind me I couldn't handle it's power or size. It was kind of demoralizing. My 300 on the other hand didn't give a rats ass. It was just happy to be on the road and rewarded me for riding it. I want a bike that appreciates my riding skills as much as I appreciate it's fun factor. And I think that's the ninja 400
I have and love my 400. You say it's a toilet but when you got bubble guts that toilet is the most important thing in the world! Lol. 400 is great in the twisty and great for a commuter. I would buy another and sit on my throne proudly.
I've been riding nearly 10 years and shamelessly enjoy small, light sportbikes. Provided the rider has the insatiable drive to develop, they put your riding development on steroids vs the unforgiving, doubt inducing bigger bikes. I've also owned a gsxr600 k7 racebike and it's just a different type of fun. For twisty public roads and carparks, nothing beats a tearing them up on a flickable little bike. Being sub 70kg/155ib means these bikes are just that much more fun for me I guess. I'm eyeing up the ninja 400, but want proper sportbike ergos. So lower clip ons and higher rearsets are a must imo.
I've owned 2 gsxr750's and started on a Katana 750. I work at a kawi, and Suzuki dealer and get to test ride all kinds of bikes. And yet I love when the little bikes come in, cause they are such a blast to hop on and go done the road. You feel like a kid with a new 50cc dirt bike
@@chrisbarbz9238 While that does have the effect of marginally lower bars in relation to your body position, it doesn't raise the foot pegs. Additionally that seat has less rigidity and support for aggressive riding, a criticism a youtube review pointed out. He didn't like the vague feeling caused by lack of seat structure. I did end up buying a ninja 400 and have kitted it out with lower woodcraft clip ons and higher Arashi rearsets. I'm really enjoying the bike. I'd still like lower handle bars, but they are as low as I can get them without clashing with the body work.
This bike is so fun. I really don't care that I'm yamming it through all the gears. Couldn't have asked for a better first bike to own. Having that LV-10 exhaust helps too.
Yammie Noob! The long lost motorcycle channel! I remember finding you way back when I was looking to buy my first bike! And now I’m seeing you channel after all this time! I was stuck between a Grom, a Rebel, and a Ninja 250! Your videos were so insightful back then! I ultimately went with the Ninja. Now I’m looking at a Kawasaki Z800 within the next year and doing my due research! Thank you for being such a great source of knowledge into the world of riding! Ride safe!
I'm 6'4" 250lb and rode a Ninja 600R 20 years ago. Bought a 2016 Ninja 650R this summer and was happy. 1 month later my wife bought a 2019 Ninja 400 that I had to ride home for her. I couldn't believe how much more fun the Ninja 400 was to ride. My butt was at the rear of the seat but my leg arm arm positions felt so much better than my 650. I look huge on the 400 but I would take it over the 650 for the fun factor if it was a tad bit bigger. I don't ride to commute, I ride to enjoy riding.
@@Marcos0ne I live kinda in the country, there's not a whole lot of straight roads, so I feel like it would be more fun to have a bike where I can actually go through the gears
@@tannerhillman2869 Exactly, it is way more fun to drive something slow fast, rather than driving something fast slowly. Also, you might be suprised to find out that you'll corner faster than those big bikes.
Honestly if I were in the market for a sport bike, it would be the ninja 400. I sat on all the big 4 Japanese bikes in this size and the ninja just felt like the best fit for me even over the Z400. I feel confident the ninja 400 would be more than capable of delivering all the fun I would want from a sport bike.
My first street bike was a Kawasaki KZ-400 back in the early 70's. Loved that bike. I'm 63 now and still riding. Just bought a Yamaha MT-09. Had dozens of bikes in the meantime.
Had this as my first bike before I wrecked it. Absolutely glad I started on this bike. This 400 had plenty of power for someone who has no clue wtf what their doing. I owned it for a year and learned so much about handling a bike around a tight corner while being “safe”. I’m now on a Panigale which I have 0 fear of because I learned so much about riding while being able to explore my curiosity in wheelies and speed corners. Low displacement bikes have my heart

I got a 2019 Z400 as my first bike and it’s a lot of fun! Been riding for about 3 months now. A little scary/intimidating at first especially after taking the MSF course on a 250cc Kawasaki. The clutch is very forgiving and it has enough predictable power accelerating to not scare you, but feel confident you get up to highway speeds with minimal effort. With it being a naked bike, riding around at highway speeds will beat you up after some time and sudden gusts will wake you up pretty quickly. Good luck!
@@squeege0711 Have you gotten the front cowl/windscreen for it yet? I'm planning on getting the 2020 MT03 when it drops soon and the highway winds are one of my biggest concerns. Wondering how much a cowl would reduce the wind.
@@rickflam1447 The wind from head on with no screen can be a pain, manageable though. It's the heavy wind and/or gusts from the side that are the issue. And nothing can solve that, light bikes are just susceptible to being thrown around. I ride my N400 on the Highway every day, I have a taller windscreen and obviously full fairings, wind is still a pain, but ya get used to it.
I started with an 04 ninja 250. it didn't need to be faster, you don't need to be any faster than that, it's just as fast as most cars out there and if you're mature enough, you don't need a dodge challenger demon, when an R/T will work just fine.
I'm a fairly experienced rider (Rebel 250, ZR550, CBR600F4, CB750 previously) and I find the RC390 is helping me sharpen my skills. On a smaller bike you can really use all the power and there's something satisfying about that. Cheap insurance is nice, too!
Just bought mine about a month ago. It's my first bike ever and so far i feel like I've made the right choice. I would recommend it for anyone else who wants to start riding. I definitely think ill be upgrading to a 600 here soon but I'm glad I decided to start on a slower bike. I've tried my buddies 600 and was convinced I might've killed myself by now if I started there. Not saying you can't start on a 600 but i know I definitely shouldn't have. I have a bad habit of pushing a little too far so the 400 has been great at keeping me in my place lol. Moral of the story. It's a great starter bike. Get it if you looking to start riding. I should add if you feel like it won't have enough power to keep you entertained your wrong. It's got plenty of power to keep you pleased for a while. I'd say it's probably at the top end of power as far as starter bikes go.
I’m in about the same boat as you, I plan on getting the 2022 400 within the next few week with people telling me “nooo get the 600 or more” “you’re gonna be bored with that” While I’m just knowing my self making the safe choice so I don’t make stupid choices in a more powerful bike
I'm definitely considering this for my 2nd bike. Currently have the z125 as I'm a short rider (5'5) and my dealer didn't have the z400 in yet. At first I thought the ninja 400 was too large, but after going and sitting on it and the z400 (which of course they got in JUST after I got my 125) the ninja feels just as good to me as the z does. Plus, it'll get me into that fast boi life ya know?
many riders love small displacement motorcycles, not just beginners. some veteran riders enjoy ringing out a small motorcycle. the bike acts like it's going 100 mph but you look down and you are only doing 42. plus they are great fun to throw around corners as they are so light and easy to flick
Thirtyfive years ago Honda came out with the VF500F. The smooth V4 had a wide power band, produced a claimed 67 horsepower, ran a 12.7 quarter mile, and was a stunning handler. I’m not sure if these lightweights are 35 years better.
obviously VERY different bikes from the ones in this video but I recently got a zx636 after years of riding a drz400 supermoto, the ninja is a TON of fun and an incredible experience but I must say I do still like my drz just a little more because its playful, has great torque, and doesnt have this constant darkness of being potentially seconds away from death every time I want to rip through gears and hold er wide- both are amazing bikes but the lightheartedness of the 400 is extremely refreshing
I love how you tell motorcycle stories like Ryan Kluftinger from (Fortnine). So interesting and playful yet extremely informative 👌🏼😎 I can watch these all day. Cheers brother 🍻
Just getting into bikes, and really like your videos! The best part is that you sound like my hilarious management prof and I can’t get it out of my head
11k in a year man you ride that thing everywhere! I love and respect that happy your enjoying the bike! I'm considering one is the power after 80mph.still pretty strong or does it die off at 90 like the 250s did?
I used to sell these bikes and as an enthusiast these bikes are amazing i think if this bike had upgraded suspension and actual clip ons it would be perfect
So funny how you mention the Kawi 250r. This was my first bike back in 2005 and very shortly got a 2005 zx-10r and funnily enough, it was the 250 that I wrecked on.
It'd be nice to see you do some reviews of Sports tourers now that you kinda own one. About the style of bike. Honda VFR's, Blackbird's, Kawa's SX SE etc. New and old models. BTW, Always Loved ur Channel!
Looks like a great bike! I got a new sv650 a month ago and it's been amazing. It's also a great bike. Handling has been great, power is pretty sweet, and the sound of the engine is amazing
My 1st street bike was a 1989 Honda CB1 399cc. After that I got a 1997 Suzuki GSXR 600. The entire time I had it I missed the smaller bike. Had an accident and almost another right after getting it repaired. Got married had kids got rid of it. Last yr kids were old enough to care for themselves and i wanted a bike again. I purchased a 2019 Ninja 400 and i love it. Is it some superfast great sounding pavement shredder? NO. What is it? Fking phenomenal. So damn fun it's better than funnel cake and cotton candy at the fair. It's a home run for me. Dont listen to dudes who wanna poke fun at the small bikes. It's fun and that's what bikes are supposed to be and the Binja 400 is the best at the FUN to ride game. I use it as a commuter to work and the hardest thing about it is to actually pull in the parking lot because once I'm on it I'd rather keep going and take a sick day. On the weekends I use it to play and the bike will let that happen. The riding position is very comfortable at 5'11" 180lbs for me although I do wish my heel wouldn't land on the damn exhaust pipe with a size 11 boot. Is summation the KAWASAKI NINJA 400 is the best damn money I've ever spent in 47yrs of life.
I own the N400 and in the Philippines where the only bikes that can enter the express ways are 400CCs (on paper) and up, it's more than just a starter bike. It's a machine that a few owns and rare to see on the streets. It doesn't just turn heads, it breaks necks.
The best bike I ever had was a 1980 Honda cb400t Hawk. It has 39 horsepower at the crank shaft and I could wring its neck and go a hundred miles an hour if I wanted to. That's where the fun is, bikes with less than 50 horsepower.
Yammie Noob, I oh you an apology for saying that I can't stand people that own the Hayabusa. It doesn't matter what people ride as long as they ride safe I have a lot of respect for you and the content you are putting out there.
Outstanding review. I especially like,"The 400 KNOWS it's not the fastest but.." that does'nt matter. What matters is how it makes you feel on the road when you drive it. And fun is a light ,quick handling ,reliable motorcycles religion.
Great review. Very informative, insightful and authoritative. I like the second opinion by Spite. It adds an extra flavor to your content. It reminds me of some of the old Car and Driver reviews which have a small section after the main review titled Second Take/Opinion.
OK, Thank you for this video both of you guys. I want a ninja since i was a child, and this will be my first bike ever (i'm 30 so little bit late... heck)

honestly as a rider of 12 years, ive had half a dozen bikes in cc from 250, to 1800, i built a custom shadow 1100 bobber, to use as a commuter, because lugging my 900 lb vtx 1800 out of the garage is a PITA, just to run to the gas station, honestly, i reminesce about "the ol ninjy", a brand new 2009 ninja 250r SE.......i had that bike 7.5 years, sure i had other bikes, while i had the 250, but eventually traded it in 5 years ago. and since then ive missed how much fun that bike was to ride, as a commuter, a city bike, and the gas mileage. so im actually selling my shadow 1100 custom bobber, i built to fill the role, which has been gutted to like under 500 lbs, in order to get back to my roots, i'm going to buy a brand new ninja 400, im keeping my 1800, for long road trips, but honestly everyone i know, will tell me about how i literally rode that old 250 everywhere, even with an 1100, and a 650 in the garage as well......i honestly cant wait.
if I wasn't married I would have went for a 400 instead of the 650, and Corbin only makes a backrest for the 650. I mean it does get 70 mile per gallon, that's hard to beat if you're looking for an awesome, reliable and lower priced commuter.
I'm between this and a ninja 650. My main concern is fitting comfortably with my 6'2 and 200+ pounds. 186cm and 92 kg for European viewers. The 650 is like 2 inches longer and I think I might need the extra space on longer rides
Wanted a Z400, but wound up starting on a Honda CB500F. Would love to see a review of one of Honda’s line with the 471 twin to see what you guys think.
Since you asked, I'll tell you since I just came from a CBR500R to a CBR650R. The 471 twins are fine for having fun around town but they really are dogs at speeds 70 mph+. They'll cruise at 75 mph for sure, but they're not giving you much to pass anyone at that point. These performance deficiencies IMO are due to higher weight and a very low red-line. In fact, the Ninja 400 actually beats the higher displacement Hondas in the quarter mile: Quarter Miles: CBR500R (Cycle world) 13.63 @ 93.8 Ninja 400 (On Two Wheels) 13.50 @ 97.42
I started on a gn125 then grew into a ninja 400. I think small steps are great, I've got my whole life to grow into a busa with enough time left to slap a turbo and then another one on it. I'm also blessed with a race track at the end of my drive. The 400 laughs it was through the track and then cruises through the straights to work. When I first rode my ninja I got it up to 190kmh and she just sat there and purred at me. I live in the country and just brought a new septic tank fir $30,000 so yeah toilets are expensive sometimes but now I don't need to worry about it for 50 years
I've ridden 750 and up cc sport bikes for years...currently have a VFR800. My next bike is more than likely going to be a Ninja 400 because the smaller displacement bikes are so much fun to ride. If you mostly ride around town or for commuting you never get to fully appreciate the extra cc's of the bigger bikes but you can wring these smaller bikes out without fear of death or losing your license. That's the allure of them to me anyway. Plus, let's face it...the 400 is a good looking machine.
The maximum speed limit on highways where I live is 100 KM. City streets max 60 KM - 80 KM. I really don't need any expensive speeding tickets. Given the speed limits enforced where I live do I really need anything more powerful or faster then my Ninja 400 ?

@@1pyroace1 it has 45hp can go fast fast as a 40k sports car.

Thank you. Cheerd

30+ years riding experience and I own a Ninja 300 track bike. They're amazing fun.
I just bought the 2021 Ninja 400 in Pearl Nightshade Teal/Metallic Spark Black. It's beautiful and such a fun bike. I'd recommend it to anyone.
Just bought one for my girl and can’t stop riding it! What a great bike

Moral of the story
-Simple is not always better but it still puts a smile on your face.
You have a very soothing voice in these lists sometimes I listen to you while at work. I will try the podcasts for more soothing.
I appreciate all the vids. Just bought the wife the Z400 from all your valuable input. She loves it. 100% the perfect starter bike.
I have and love my 400. You say it's a toilet but when you got bubble guts that toilet is the most important thing in the world! Lol. 400 is great in the twisty and great for a commuter. I would buy another and sit on my throne proudly.
Tim T yes! Commuter! Exactly what I was aiming for. Perfect daily bike
Nice! I sat on one again today. I think it’ll be a perfect bike for me, plus the price is great! New toilet here I come! 😜
Thank you for these excellent reviews just grabbed mine I'm 54 years old and I'm having A-blast Cruising around Southwest Florida with it
Just keep fit and rude hard....
They sell an extended reach (ie taller) seat for this purpose.
5:45 Is probably the best segment of this entire video, that explanation was beautiful.
Kawasaki ninja 400 good. Beautiful.
Id still love to have one, even though its not a BUSA
I have one and in the city it's a lot more fun to ride than my zx6
@@Marcos0ne I live kinda in the country, there's not a whole lot of straight roads, so I feel like it would be more fun to have a bike where I can actually go through the gears
@@tannerhillman2869 Exactly, it is way more fun to drive something slow fast, rather than driving something fast slowly.
Also, you might be suprised to find out that you'll corner faster than those big bikes.

I never found a more wholesome review of anything.
I am riding my Ninja 400 for 6 months now - more than 6000 miles on it and every single one was a blast.
Wrecked 400, 0 fear on a Panigale, one year experience. This has more disaster plots than a Michael Bay production.

I'm getting a z400 toilet for my bike this year.
@@rickflam1447 A new windscreen is the last mod I haven't done lol It's not bad at 55MPH, but at 65-70MPH the side gusts get your heart pumping.
I have the infamous z400. Have no regrets.
I’m in about the same boat as you, I plan on getting the 2022 400 within the next few week with people telling me “nooo get the 600 or more” “you’re gonna be bored with that”
While I’m just knowing my self making the safe choice so I don’t make stupid choices in a more powerful bike
My very first bike I will be picking up tomorrow. Thanks for the vids Yam.
Its been a year now, did you end up getting it?
Can't wait to see what you're gonna say about the upcoming ninja 250 with a screaming inline 4.
many riders love small displacement motorcycles, not just beginners. some veteran riders enjoy ringing out a small motorcycle. the bike acts like it's going 100 mph but you look down and you are only doing 42. plus they are great fun to throw around corners as they are so light and easy to flick
Thirtyfive years ago Honda came out with the VF500F. The smooth V4 had a wide power band, produced a claimed 67 horsepower, ran a 12.7 quarter mile, and was a stunning handler. I’m not sure if these lightweights are 35 years better.

The 4 cylinder 400-250cc bikes of the 90s were amazing little machines, often pricier and more track oriented then their 600cc counterparts.
obviously VERY different bikes from the ones in this video but I recently got a zx636 after years of riding a drz400 supermoto, the ninja is a TON of fun and an incredible experience but I must say I do still like my drz just a little more because its playful, has great torque, and doesnt have this constant darkness of being potentially seconds away from death every time I want to rip through gears and hold er wide- both are amazing bikes but the lightheartedness of the 400 is extremely refreshing

Your poetry borders on Fortnine Levels.
I own the N400 and in the Philippines where the only bikes that can enter the express ways are 400CCs (on paper) and up, it's more than just a starter bike. It's a machine that a few owns and rare to see on the streets. It doesn't just turn heads, it breaks necks.
I had the Ninja's little cousin, a 1986 454 LTD. 6 speeds belt driven. If I find one in good shape I will make it my second bike again.
The best bike I ever had was a 1980 Honda cb400t Hawk. It has 39 horsepower at the crank shaft and I could wring its neck and go a hundred miles an hour if I wanted to. That's where the fun is, bikes with less than 50 horsepower.

honestly as a rider of 12 years, ive had half a dozen bikes in cc from 250, to 1800, i built a custom shadow 1100 bobber, to use as a commuter, because lugging my 900 lb vtx 1800 out of the garage is a PITA, just to run to the gas station, honestly, i reminesce about "the ol ninjy", a brand new 2009 ninja 250r SE.......i had that bike 7.5 years, sure i had other bikes, while i had the 250, but eventually traded it in 5 years ago. and since then ive missed how much fun that bike was to ride, as a commuter, a city bike, and the gas mileage. so im actually selling my shadow 1100 custom bobber, i built to fill the role, which has been gutted to like under 500 lbs, in order to get back to my roots, i'm going to buy a brand new ninja 400, im keeping my 1800, for long road trips, but honestly everyone i know, will tell me about how i literally rode that old 250 everywhere, even with an 1100, and a 650 in the garage as well......i honestly cant wait.
If it was called a R4 you would say it is perfect.
if I wasn't married I would have went for a 400 instead of the 650, and Corbin only makes a backrest for the 650.
There it's also the fact the ninja 650 is more upright so comfortable on longer trips. The 400 had a more sporty riding position.
Its funny this bike is still getting reviewed like this lol i love my ninja ownd it for 14 months now

In fact, the Ninja 400 actually beats the higher displacement Hondas in the quarter mile:
Quarter Miles:
CBR500R (Cycle world) 13.63 @ 93.8
Ninja 400 (On Two Wheels) 13.50 @ 97.42
I started on a gn125 then grew into a ninja 400. I think small steps are great, I've got my whole life to grow into a busa with enough time left to slap a turbo and then another one on it. I'm also blessed with a race track at the end of my drive. The 400 laughs it was through the track and then cruises through the straights to work. When I first rode my ninja I got it up to 190kmh and she just sat there and purred at me. I live in the country and just brought a new septic tank fir $30,000 so yeah toilets are expensive sometimes but now I don't need to worry about it for 50 years
Most people buy smaller displacement bikes because of the price, not because of their experience.
not the fact that I am watching this 3 years after you uploaded it and you guessed the exact time and my location correctly. haha
The freedom to choose displacement based on your own experiences and desires is and will always be a GOOD thing.
Hell yeah I started on a 1000cc Fireblade

I've ridden 750 and up cc sport bikes for years...currently have a VFR800. My next bike is more than likely going to be a Ninja 400 because the smaller displacement bikes are so much fun to ride. If you mostly ride around town or for commuting you never get to fully appreciate the extra cc's of the bigger bikes but you can wring these smaller bikes out without fear of death or losing your license. That's the allure of them to me anyway. Plus, let's face it...the 400 is a good looking machine.
I'm offended and motivated all at the same time. Incredible narration.
i mean how fast is fast enough is subjective.
i find 120 mph is plenty to kill u and give u a rush. i mean why do u need to go 180?

The maximum speed limit on highways where I live is 100 KM. City streets max 60 KM - 80 KM. I really don't need any expensive speeding tickets. Given the speed limits enforced where I live do I really need anything more powerful or faster then my Ninja 400 ?
