We create invoices that have both billable hours and expeneses listed. Do you have a video that explains how to customize these types of invoices? Specifically, how to add the employee name to the expenses (so you know who created the expense) and how to summarize all the expenses on one line item, per employee, so that the invoice isn't 5 pages long with itemized expenses?

good video. how would you change OR add a drop down "insert placeholder" text in the template setup. For example, i want to add the payment terms to a purchase order email template, BUT there is no choice in the drop down "insert placeholder" for payment terms. such as your 13:30 time mark example in the video.

Hello. Very informative video. While each PDF template appears to have a "New Template" (+ New) option, this is NOT true for checks. How can I produce a check layout template that matches our check design without editing the single original supplied with Books? Thank you!

Hi ClearviewTeam! Unfortunately, it looks like Zoho Books only supports one Check template.

Tyler, I find the standard PDF layout tools to restricting. Is it possible to design a template in HTML?

Hi DebugStore! Yes, this is possible, but you'll need to reach out to Zoho support so they can activate it for you.
