Valeu!
by their security its clear the residents of this (and other similar) are petrified of the poor of Sao Paulo rebelling & invading one fine day. Frankly some houses & apartments look more like Fort Knox with their their high steel fences and controlled guarded entry points. As things look now in most of the city they will but when ?
KKKK! Totally false! They have security because of petty crime! It had always been like that and no apocalyptic invasions ever occurred! Your post shows your ignorance about São Paulo and about Brazil!
@@joseluciocorrea1866 I reported on what I saw on my recent 2 week visit to SP. I found it very similar to the very high security in the weathy areas of Johannesburg & Cape Town. These precautions, despite what you claim; are planned, extensive and expensive for the occupants (often 24/7 permanent security, CCTV, lighting etc) and are certainly not there to prevent "petty crime" (whatever you consider that is ?). Let's not deny reality Sao Paulo is a very dangerous huge city consisting mostly of very poor underprivilidged, unemployed citizens. These people, not only in SP, have been disguarded and marginalised by the rich there. Example in my 4 star hotel the local reception staff strongly advised us not to wonder out of the hotel on foot after dar, not to hire a car, wear a watch and certainly not display a mobile phone. Even visiting a cash distributor alone was a high risk operation.
It depends on your viewpoint and which city you are stacking up against with. Sao Paulo possesses the 10th largest GDP in the world, apart from being the second most populous city of the Southern Hemisphere with a municipality population of 12.1 million, and about 21.3 million in its metropolitan region. So, "inspiring" depends on what you're thinking of; it's relative to what you're weighing up. In this video, he did not record the old town, but only few blocks of Cerqueira Cesar district. I recommend you visit the old town, I believe you'll enjoy it. Cheers! 👍
@@JetFalcon Hi, I have been in Sao Paolo 5 yrs ago. The city itself didn't impress me very much (again besides of people, food, weather). I am not talking about GDP and figures and blablabla, I am talking about the soul / aura / beauty of the city. The old part is very very small, in relation to the rest. SP is absolutely not comparable with the beauty of Rio. (its my humble opinion btw)

Really? That's cool! Why? What do you like the most in this place?
Eu vou morar nesse bairro quando eu voltar do Japão. Já tô pesquisando apartamentos.
Uma ótima escolha! Valeu!
Fica a dica

You're a gifted person! This place is beautiful! Thanks for the comment! 👍
Valeu!

Besides of the food, weather and people, SP is not very inspiring. The old town is very small relatively.

São Paulo is very “commercial “ and perhaps doesn’t have that appeal other touristic cities have. 🤷🏻♂️ Thanks for the feedback! 👍🏻
