I love how you put the ends together to form a circle. I found that other ring pastry versions pinch the ends together and it isn't uniformly circular. Great technique auntie!

I made this and couldnt believe it turned out so well...I added a half teaspoon of ajwain before mixing the dough and it really gave the aloo samosa taste perfect
So nice step by step...I watched the video everytime again and again before rolling the shape of it to get the exact method alhumdulilah perfect

you can also bake this or use an air fryer it will not turn out the same but use some milk wash to bring out the color. lots of love ❤️
