DF's life is an idle game. He invests time into idle games, which makes him content, which in turn makes him ad revenue (Maybe. Devs keep nerfing that one.) and then he can invest it back into buying more idle games for more content.
DF you really love to do things the most painful way. The prestige bonuses in this game are actually so insane, that for the 5 hours you spent playing, 1 prestige would get you back to where you were in like 10 minutes, at most. The game tries to force it down your throat too. So many games do this but you never listen lol. It speeds up the game 100 fold, and you literally can't pass a certain point in the game, because it takes hours to get money for a single upgrade. seriously the angel investors are the whole bread and butter this this game

What blows my mind is how big these numbers really are. One million seconds is only 11 and a half days, but just add one single zero and a billion seconds is over 11YEARS
once you get into trillions, you'll start attracting angels once you have like 3-6 angels. claim them, you'll get profit boosts that will eventually snowball to you making trillions in minutes after restarting with thousands of angels. be carful tho, because spending your angles decreases the boost you currently have.
A major tip I’d give is switching the buy mode to “BUY NEXT”. It basically makes it so you can upgrade it with one click, which is SO op after prestiging.
I've beaten this game on the regular world twice, and Mars and the Moon stages once each on this game, and though addicting, it's honestly still more fun to watch DF play it! Still love the content here in 2023!
memes aside, this game single handedly pioneered the idle game industry. im not counting cookie clicker because there weren't many games made because of it. also I think its called AdVenture capitalist not because its your adventure as a capitalist but because you'll spend more time watching Ads than playing the game.
