Fun fact: In elementary school, our PE teacher made us stand next to walls. Hard concrete walls, and made us punch them for 10 minutes straight. Doesn’t matter how your behavior was, how athletic you are. Everyone had to do it. I think one time she replaced the walls with wood things thinking it was softer and safer, but most of the students got splinters for weeks. She was fired after the school staff found out. Just a story I thought I’d share :)
