That was so intense. I felt like it was a romantic scene. Him coming up behind her in the moonlight. And man he has some good poetry too! I know it’s subtle, but I’m definitely detecting some feelings. The way they look at each other. Now we just need to get Dins helmet off so we can see his facial expressions too and they can have some real eye contact. Bo’s expression says it all every time she looks at him. But seriously they need to make this cannon. BoDin for the win!
@@stayontarget I want to see them have a romantic moment in the finale, like maybe Dins helmet is off and they are about to kiss, and then Grogu is like “yes yes yes yes yes” and they look awkwardly and then kiss anyway.
Katee's and Pedro's acting is INCREDIBLE. I love how she gives out so much emotion and Pedro does the same thing EVEN WITHOUT SHOWING HIS GODDAMM FACE--- I mean look at this! Katee's face when Din was giving out his pledge had 2 feelings. "Are you seriously doing this?" and "your making me love you more." And he still makes sounding affectionate look easy as hell. Seriously give them a medal.
@Luminescence Award worthy, no doubt. They're both stellar performers, and Pedro somehow can portray this just with his voice. Wish we could've had moment with them both face to face, but you're absolutely correct. Hats off to both for amazing performances!
I know right?! They’re both such good actors. Pedro’s the only one who can manage to sound both staoic and affectionate at the same time time. It was a bold pledge. Notice he said what matters to me not us. And you nailed her emotions on her face. Like man what did I do to deserve this?
@@stayontarget I wish for that too in the next seasons. There’s no other face I want to see under that helmet but Pedro’s. This is the way.
Yes, it is. He’s one of the reasons I love and stick around for these Star Wars shows.
It's good that they didn't explicitly express romantic feelings. We know what Star Wars loves to do next. Let them get together next season and make it out of this one. I definitely think they will be canon.
Edit: songs are written when people die. He said he is spending the rest of their lives together.
Yes. Great point. I am a romantic and I am here for it! BoDin 💕 💕 💕
@lunix 356 You’re talking truth here, I am totally good if this were the result. Thanks for the insight on that and the song. Rock solid
Wait really? I thought he meant he’d serve her until she’s secure in her place as Mandalor and most threats and challenges are eliminated. But I like your interpretation even better. I’ll wait for this to unfold.
I think it was romantic because like everyone's saying, Din basically said "Till death do I part from you" when he spoke about not leaving her until her song was written, which would be after death. It's so cute omg my heart can't take it 😂. Sooo excited to see what the finale episode has in store for us! This is the way!!
Emory C Yes it was a lifelong pledge, hoping she lives a long life, with Din. This is the way!
You hit the target on that one, fellas. BoDin for the win. 💘💘💘💕💕💕
@Jane Doe Yes! This day will live in infamy, @Jane Doe said we hit the target. Woohoo! BoDin for the win, thanks Jane!
This actually goes so deep. Bo's fear is that she will be remembered as the person who gave up and let Mandalore fall. Din is telling her that she won't be remembered for the fall of Mandalore but rather for rebuilding it.
@i5m1thy Great call. He’s trying to help her and rebuild her confidence. She will need the strength to move forward for Mandalore!
Somebody get me a man like Din Djarin 🥺
I like that point where you said that he restraints himself from being touchy feely because of Bo's station. Din was being considerate and supportive, and that's a 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼 quality.
His helmet hides his expressions, but that cracked voice while talking about loyalty (stand by each other no matter what) and character (how they complete each other and always try to change for the better)? He can't hide those STRONG emotions.
I can see how he has fallen in love with her! She literally saved his life while his people disowned him for removing his helmet.
@@jon6309 right? What's more attractive than someone who accepts you as who you are, even when you're in your lowest point in life. In Din's case, when he's been deemed as an apostate. They saved each other 🥺
@Faerielektra Yeah Din is the man. He knows how to console Bo, challenge her, and respects her as a leader and companion. That’s a strong foundation for a lasting relationship that can stand the tests of time.
With Din saying “Your song has not been written. I will serve you until it is.” reminds me of a line Vector says in SWTOR to a romanced female imperial agent. Which is “A new song begins, commander. We look forward to hearing its opening verse.”
It’s so funny when she says “I was selfish” Din looks at her like “GIRL EXCUSE ME”
Those words are beautiful and romantic. By the way, I doubt that Din will make a move even if they get to be alone because of their different stations. Did you guys notice his reaction the first time she was referred to as "Lady Kryze" in front of him? And Bombardier called her "Princess Kryze." I think he might hesitate for that reason unless it's during a moment of passion. Could that be what Wayne referred to about their "physical and emotional moment???" 🤔
@Angela Sepulveda Great call. He realizes she’s a few steps above him being royalty and all. She may have to make that first real move. Curious what Wayne is referring to. Hoping it’s in the finale!
@Stay On Target this is what he told Star Wars Session podcast below. And I want to know about that "do-si-do". Is that like a "horizontal mambo???" LOL. Inquiring minds want to know. 😁😂😊
"There’s a scene coming up with Bo and Mando, and it is - I don’t know which version they chose, as far as what was going back and forth between us, but I think it’s going to… I had a great time doing that, and it was a lot of varying emotions came here and there, and this, there’s just such a really cool quality that I felt that I was able to play around in as an actor - which most of the time you’re not aware of it, you’re in the moment and you go - but there’s something about that, and the do-si-do that we had, while physical and verbal, was super-intense, and I think it’s gonna be really cool. I think you’re gonna enjoy it."
this is perfection ❤
@The Roundtable Reacts Thanks! DinBo is perfection, so much fun to make these
@Stay On Target I can tell, what editing tools do you use? I'm making a Bo video and would like to have music underneath but I can't figure out how to isolate vocals and remove the shows score
@The Roundtable Reacts I edit in premiere pro/ after effects. Audio is done in pro tools with my favorite plugin from Waves called NS1 noise suppression. If you feather that plugin just right(it's only one knob) and have your own music underneath, you can often just isolate the vocal and get clean dialog. Sometimes though the show's score seeps thru regardless and you have to balance that for sure. Fun to do though, working on more music vids now as well so please share yours once you get it done!
BODIIIIIIN for the win. The final episode is nearly apon us.
@Phil Jr Woodard My BODIN man! The finale is breathing down our necks now! Are you freakin' out?
@@stayontarget Me and the team are betting on S4 because Bo and Din being in Ahsoka might cause another BOBF situation
@Phil Jr Woodard True, true. Maybe just a little nugget in Ahsoka, but polish it off in S4.
Seeing her 'relationship' with the Night Owls, and the way The Children Of The Watch treat her, in that moment she found that she does have someone on her side, who will fight alongside her, until they die or her quest is complete. THAT is probably the closest thing to a proposal she has had in many years! ❤
@Paul Beckwith Great analysis! Had to be impactful for her! Bummer she didn’t invite Din to stay with her as her knight protector on Mandalor with Grogu! That’s a family right there if I ever saw one
BoDin for the win!!! It's mando-eve-eve, can't wait to make our predictions tomorrow!
They need to survive the episode and start making babies for the next season. Someone has to serve King Grogu (since he is still going to be a baby for the next 20 years or so).
@jccjccjoanne That would be very satisfying, haha King Grogu. He’s going to be carrying on their memory for a LONG time
🥰BODIN! I'm gonna need a hug & kiss in the next episode or a three way hug with Grogu,Mommabo & Daddydin.
@Eddy Bare Wow, yes a hug/kiss or the trio hug would be emotionally charged. Pumped for this grand finale!
That was my favorite part of the episode ❤
@V’s Stuff and Things Yeah there were so many good parts, it was good to really get some emotion from Bo and then a solid response from Din pledging his support to the end.
Ngl this music is good. Fits Bodin perfectly.
@Philip Rowe The music’s my favorite part of these edits haha. Glad it’s working 👍
This was my favorite scene of the episode. My respect for her went up sooo much when she admitted she’d surrendered and was betrayed. To me it was clear she was fighting her emotions, but like you said she was trying to act the leader by that point and she was already allowing herself to be incredibly vulnerable in that moment. It wouldn’t have been fitting for her to cry in front of everyone. Though if it had just been her and Din it might’ve been different. That oath was powerful. It was the closest thing we’ll get to an I love you and will follow you anywhere. She was definitely moved by his words and was probably like what did I do to deserve this level of loyalty? I think he didn’t touch her for two reasons. One because he wasn’t sure how to approach the situation and didn’t want to cross any lines. Second, because, like you said, he didn’t want her to feel disgraced by him trying to offer comfort she doesn’t want. But the moment that sold me on her ruling was when she opened up and said she doesn’t know if she can hold everyone together. I respected that so much. She definitely had a lot to think about later and probably cried a little that night.
@Madeline Garber Well said. Right there with you, she is a worthy leader. She’s been thru so much, and with Din pledging his support she can step into her future with a new found confidence and support system.
@@stayontarget yes exactly. I think she’ll have a better chance at success now that she’s surrounded by people who’s loyalty she earned by character rather r than bloodline. It’s why I kinda hope the dark saber stays gone for a while.
@Madeline Garber Perfectly said. "Earned by character rather than bloodline." She is truly re-learning how to be a leader, no dark saber or familial ties necessary.
Come on BODIN!!!
@Jake Adnams BODIN The story of a queen and her knight. Storybook ending please
The whole time I was like kiss her you fool! And imagine Grogu having a queen for a mommy 🥰
@hollymoos9422 Yes! It was the little mermaid song, “kiss the girl” scene haha! Grogu’s mom Bo is a queen and they are the new royal family!
Im kinda new this this fandom of Bodin. After binge watching S1 - S3 of the mandalorian and book of boba fett. I do see there connections to be blossoming.
I really hope we get a more intimate feeling between them in season 4. This is how i envision a scene.
I want a scene where mandalore has to defend their world again from the empire. This will cause Bo katan to become hesitant to lead them to victory, so she goes to the living waters for alone time. Grogu telepathically tells Din that something is distressing her and he needs to comfort her. Din goes to the living waters and finds bo katan sitting near the living waters staring out to the darkness. Din sits down next to bo and after a couple of seconds, bo tells din her fears and din comforts her. Din is telling her how she has grown as a person and that a leader should not be perfect but someone who doesnt give up kind of speech. This makes Bo become more confident and she stands up. Din also stands up after she gets up. Bo looks at din and says thank you. And din says this is the way. Bo puts on her helmet and walks close to din and she lightly bumps/taps his forehead with her helmet while putting her hand on his neck. They share a moment like this while they both sigh. And then grogu shows up between them both and smiles at them both. Then they do a walking montage where din waves his arm to a gesture "like after you " to Bo and she walks forward. Din and grogu (grogu in dins arms) follows Bo up to the surface. End scene.
@Surge Ace Wow, great thoughts! That sounds like a great binge watching all Mando seasons in one go. Really the Bodin Dinbo relationship just started blossoming in S3 and we want much more in S4 just like you. Speaking of which, your scene sounds very good and very plausible. We definitely want a full romance between the 2 of them so that ultimately the 3 of them, DinboGrogu can become a family and rule Mandalore forever. You’ve definitely got some scene writing chops and I hope the Mando S4 writers do as good of a job writing some Bodin love as good as you just did! This is the way, thanks for joining in!
We now know that if they were to marry, and she took his name, she would actually be Din Bo 😮
Folks seem to forget that Bo -Katan has seen Mando without his helmet already. When he took off his helmet to say goodbye to Grogu at the end of season 2. I've always thought that was a mission that deepened their friendship and kinship. It made their connection in the first couple episodes of this season make sense. She's seen him at his most vulnerable. Then, he ends up with the thing she wants the most. Given what they've been through together, she doesn't challenge him for it. They've been setting this up for a long time. I like their relationship now, and I don't need it to be romantic. Maybe I'm saying that because I think he's about to be killed. 😱 Cuz I just can't....
I think she only saw the back of his head. He only showed his face to Grogu while everyone was watching from the back. I don’t think he was open to showing his face to everyone. When he first showed his face when he infiltrates the base to find Moff Gideon he immediately puts it back on when he regroups with his crew despite his former enemy who helped him saw his face.
It will be so unfair if one of them is about to be killed 😨 .I can't stand another Reylo situation. Plus let's not forget that Bo carries also the trauma of how tragically lost her sister Satine...😢
@Rebecca Riofrio Their relationship has definitely grown and we’re hoping keeps growing with neither dying lol. That would be rough!
Oh, you guys hit the nail on the head, he will take his helmet off as she dies to look each other in the eyes, its gonna be damn sad!
@Tommy Yes! Maybe change the last part of your sentence, otherwise yes! (Though there's a dark, sad, very tiny part of us that could see it happening, please don't tell anyone we said that though, haha)
I really hope their song will be better written than the one of Satine + Obi Wan, Leia+ Han , Ben + Rey 🙏🍀
He basically said 'Till death do us part"😂
@Chubbyroll You got it! Din is smooth with his words. We read between the lines of his poetry
I love you videos man!
@the artwoolf Thanks a ton for watching, we're genuinely glad that you enjoy watching and laughing with us. This is the way!
it's not love guys, it's just pure respect and honor, Din respect greatly bo katan, and as a warrior to his warchief he pledges his life long loyalty to her, and her reaction is just some one who knows how much it means for a warrior like him to make that kind of pledge, the kind you can't just step off, the kind that bind your life to your leader, the kind that basically says "only in death does duty ends"
one again, no love here, just pure martial loyalty and honor
@kira68200 Agree with you on the respect front! He is so loyal, and greatly respects who she is. Especially now that she helped him become redeemed in the living waters. He recognizes her as the leader of Mandalore, and yet somehow we felt some vibes of love from them. Or at least mother vibes for Grogu, hence the desire for them to become a family of 3. Also we’ve been wanting a love story in Star Wars for awhile so if our Mando could find love that would be amazing!
And what is not respect, a base value for a closer and more solid relationship???
It cannot be denied that he respects her, because now he has truly seen who Bo Katan is, the time they have lived together and knowing the truth that she hid, when she surrendered to the empire to save her people, he now sees in her. . those qualities and here the crucial thing is that they played with all the elements to leave those indications that the relationship between them may be closer than it seems, since season 2 they have been working with them on the cliché "enemies-lovers" because See the interaction from your body language, non-verbal. And coincidentally joining their paths with a single purpose makes them more in sync with each other, she defends him before his fleet, when we wouldn't even think she would, he returns the saber even knowing that it is worthless to him but to her it is important. and in this very “intimate” moment on the ship with the light of the Concordia moon and the music of both intertwined into one, many elements were taken to give so much prominence to this oath, if only it is supposed to be “offering your life.” ”. "in exchange" for being with her serving him... why do it, if he is just a simple warrior???
No... the truth is that others earlier in this scene also offered him their loyalty, but that was little seen. Why with Din, if it is different? Why not just say "I serve you Lady Kryze"?
Instead of speaking to her in such a close way and then framing the qualities you see in her and your own criteria for her? If he is very reserved in those aspects...
If he came from behind and put his hand on her shoulder, she would have thrown him down. This is the way.
@Tammy Gordin Haha! Full self-defense mode. That would've been an awkward confession of love as Din's on his back looking up at her, haha
Oh I also think the separation at the end was sort of a duty comes first type thing. Like they both have things to do before they can re:explore a potential romance.
@Madeline Garber True, true. Though we selfishly wanted some physical/ love interaction. But these things take time 👍
The Simpalorian has turned into Jon "Muh Kween!"/"I Dun Wannit!" Snow.
@The Law Definitely don’t want them doing that to Din. How’d you feel about the finale?
This would have been a good opportunity for Bo Katan’s spin-off show “The Song of Bo Katan!” The show could show Din Jarin’s crazy tweilik ex from the pirate gang as an antagonist!
Why is no one talking about bo katans mental health right now? She just lost din and lost a muscle man. Many mandalorians died on that ambush under her command? If i was the leader i would feel terrible. How does she move on from this? How does she plan her move when her ace man and her muscle man are gone. She has the mandalorians but none are like din or paz. Does she feel capable of succeeding ? I would assume she feels terrified again. Gideon has the upper hand and her mind must be nuts atm. Does she surrender like she did last time or does she fight?
mightyboy50 You are absolutely correct. She’s on her one with the remaining Mandos. She’s gotta somehow push for after the loss and especially without Din by her side. Maybe this is a catalyst where she realizes what a good team they make, rallies the remaining troops and goes back to destroy Gideon. And the Mando rides the Mythosaur at some point haha
Do they do it with their helmets on?😮😮😮
@Diane Williams They do everything with their helmets on it seems. Constant sweat inside that helmet, haha
I don't think he was pledging love. It was more of him accepting her a ruler like a knight
@Lucy Diaz Yeah we felt that too, it kind of turned more platonic as the conversation went on. But the words he said show a deeper respect and maybe love. Hoping it goes that way but if not hopefully neither die in the finale haha
Too bad they blew every chance to do something with that. It’s back to running around the galaxy without Bo or any other mandalorians
@Zachery Halbert Yeah, definitely left things quite neutral. We overall wished they could've given us more commitment between DinBo, but hoping they can solidify this season 4. At least they didn't off one of them for no reason, so there's hope
Was hoping he'd give her the old dark saber to lol 😅 but I feel like one of them is going to perish in the finale or seems to be the rumor 😢
@Tk4211 Yeah one of them won’t perish but it could happen! We’re looking for a happy ending!
This intro reignited my hate for star wars. Good job.
@Hunter Grant Thanks? You're on original trilogy fan at least right? I guess we'll take it as a win
How is everyone reading romantically into this? I literally just took this interaction as platonic.
@Jeff Subtle for sure, we’ve been shipping them for awhile so we’re searching for any morsel haha. He was very distinguished in this interaction possibly because of the public setting on the ship. The writers are definitely doing a good job of walking a fine line between platonic and love interest
If you look at Bo Katan’s reactions they are not platonic at all! I can see how Din Jarin developed feelings for her. She basically saved his life when his own tribe disowned him and no one was there by his side. She also probably felt the same way since her Nite Owls also disowned her at the time and she had no support except him. It started off as semi-platonic and was more of an arranged-transactional type of relationship but it developed into friendship and possibly more!
It's not love guys, it's called RESPECT.
That’s not the type of reaction I would expect Bo Katan to have if it was just showing Respect she should have had a confident demeanor if that were the case but we can see her emotions and letting her guard down!
@Jon she smiled confidently because a Mandalorian she knows to be a good man, pledged his loyalty.
Reminding her that there is more to leadership than the right to rule or a glowing sword.
Sorry shippers but you need to learn to read in between the lines.
@Bruna Cardoso it's not a start, this is the point we've been building to.
Bo is ready to lead, Din is loyal and wants the mandalorians to do well in the universe and now thinks that she is the best chance to make that happen.
Not a love story.
Yeah.... Uhhhh.... Im the only one who is talking about this... But.... Bo.... SHE GONNA DIEEEEEE
@lewisgott13 You speak the unspeakable words, haha. But hey, it could happen. We're hoping for them riding off into the sunset!
Dumbo fans,
It ain't happening
Remember what happened to Obi Wan and Satine
Its going to happen to Din and Bo 😂😂😂😂
@Mr Gdsjs Haha, Dumbo. That's hilarious! Obi and Satine, oooh that hurts. Really hoping that isn't what happens, but if it does you called it man! We just want a happy ending for once man, haha!
This was so bad, they totally murdered Mando's character this season. Now he's basically as bad as John Snow was in the last few seasons was , a simp who's only onscreen to constantly say "She's muh Queen" , "I don't want it" and he bends the Knee to the "True Ruler"... Cause that sure worked out well in Game of Thrones after all... Turning the main protagonist in his own show into a pale shadow of his former self that doesn't even get the satisfaction of following through with the destiny he was set up for for the rest of the series (defeating the Night King, Becoming the Ruler of Mandalore after acquiring the Darksaber). And if the rumors are true he's going to get killed or will just dissapear like a walking dead character when they don't have the guts to murder soemone and they they want the opportunity to bring them back for a lazy movie down the line.
@Stealth Cobra Yeah man, we want Din to rise up and fight and lead. Hoping this can still happen so he doesn’t slide into oblivion. We want Din as the Mandalorian
I disagree with him being a pale shadow. He like Jon doesn’t give a shit about status or title so he’s happy to help one who does. He fought the final boss and she was letting him until he needed help saving his son. Then he took out the top 3 fighters that killed the big fella.
Sorry guys, but to me that was terrible and put me completely off. Since when Din was serving her? I saw it as cooperation, so they could find a common ground. And Din is a good friend he helps those he cares about, but he is not a servant! It was so much on the nose withthat "I'll serve you" . No... just no. She is from different tribe, she is no way superior to him, quite the opposite!
To me it would be enough if the speech ended with "Honor, Loyalty, character. Those are qualities that matter, and I believe you have them"- then nod, and walk away. It would honestly be enough. This kind of speech feels like from completely different show, and really feels out of character for him to say that.
Either You care about station/bloodline or you don't. He contradicts himself under same breath. And what additionally adds salt to the wound is the fact that Bo owes almost everything to him by now. That's just not fair and left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I really hope things will turn around by the finale, but this doesn't look good. I took it as admission that Din degraded himself. And I wanted for him to rise above even further.
This is the line that made me really worried. That he will indeed be replaced as protagonist and demoralised me even more than episode 6 did.
I have nothing against you, or your edits - they're great. This rant is at writers.
@Tekaneable Respect your thoughts man. I think it was a tight rope the writers are writing with Din & Bo. Love/ respect/ honor, they’re all complicated and your probably feeling extra tension because Din has been sidelined for most of this season for Bo which is totally valid. She is royalty which has a station, and he is just realizing how high up the ladder she is. But he can’t sell himself short I’ll give you that. Regardless, it felt like a knight to a queen, sorry your struggling with it though!
Well you have to consider the circumstances for Din changed when he was exiled from his own tribe for removing his helmet. He had no one by his side except for Grogu who is still a baby at this point! I don’t think there was an initial romance between Din and Bo Katan but it could have developed when she saved his life during his time discovering Mandalore. His perspective of her being selfish changed because she was the only one there for him when he was about to die when his tribe was the one who pressured him to go there in the first place to be redeemed. He probably felt out of all the Mandalorians she was the only one by his side to save his life when even his own tribe disowned him for a past mistake he made! That is why he felt like he owes her but she didn’t expect anything in return from him which is probably when the feelings developed. Also Bo Katan was in the same boat when the Nite Owls took off and abandoned her. She had no one and he was the only one who was open to following her before they were both redeemed by both tribes!
@@jon6309 Yes, I get it. That she was in her vulnerable position and needed a support. But that "I serve you" really rubbed me the wrong way. He could've voice his support in less submissive way. "I am here for you" or something like that.
I akso get that he feels he owes her, but up until that point he also rescued her in his N1 two times and he offered her so much already I took this as give and take dynamic, where bothnof them contribute, but this line clearly establishes that there is a boss and servant. And I am not cool at all with it.
@@Tekaneable it’s no different than Din submitting to the Armorer who is also a woman. Between the Armorer and Bo I am more comfortable for Din to follow Bo’s lead versus the Armorer. The Armorer has developed into a really shady character with so many inconsistencies in her rules and beliefs of what a Mandalorian is or should be. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was revealed to be the spy. With Bo Katan, Din will always be accepted! With the Armorer you are waking on egg shells!
@@Tekaneable also there seems to be a common social norm in the Star Wars Galaxy about Life debt and it’s apparent in many cultures. Jar Jar stating his life debt to Quigon, Chewbacca’s life debt to Han Solo so I think this might be the case for Din towards Bo despite all he has done for her up to this point!
Its gonna be heartbreaking when she dies....
@Tommy Bro, bro what happened to our happy ending, haha? We gotta have our moment in the sun, but what a tragedy that would be.
24 hours later.
Din: Well I got a house and an adapted son and has a contract with the new republic so I'm out.
@Avasic Haha! Yep, time to chill. Good luck rebuilding that mess on Mandalore, haha
"Your song has not yet been written until it is I'll serve you"! That is deep!
@Jay Sartorial Pure poetry Jay. As a musician it hits twice as deep
Its foreshadowing her death....
Yes that is deep! Bo was clearly moved by this. I really don’t think they will kill off Din or Bo in the finale. Their song hasn’t been written yet! Still lots of story to tell.
@@danavarnell30 That’s exactly what I’ve been saying recently.
Yes, a beautiful moment here.
