Eastern Sierra Skiing | Mt. Williamson, CA

Giant Steps couloir was probably two weeks too far gone, but the west couloir served up some perfect corn. Gorgeous weather, and even more gorgeous terrain.

Cool. Looks so fun. Interesting downclimbing the chimney in ski boots! Btw, when you pointed to North Rib of Tyndall, you were pointing at one rib to the south.

Thanks James! You are totally right, I was pointing at the the face/depression not the actual rib, good catch. From a skier's perspective the line options either go right or left of the true rib I suppose.

I wish! He skied the line back in mid-March I believe, but just posted his episode. Would have been cool to run into him up there. We missed the snowpack window by just a couple weeks if I had to guess.
