look it up on google. You have to meet some requirements on the other modes. You have to play mercenaries and get S rank on the mission to unlock the 1st custome for everyone. Then you have to play survivors (free for all) and win, everytime you win 1st place you'll get someone's 2nd costume. and for the last set of clothes you have to play pretador and win 1st too. everytime you get 1st place you'll get someone's clothes. If you don't get any clothes when you win 1st place then try it again until you unlock them. It's a hard road to be honest, specially in survivors but that's how it is
