Siddhant's questions were too casual.... hookup, breakup, relationship, all mush.... maybe he has to maintain his image of a cool young actor, but every time I see a casual interviewer i see a missed opportuinity.... with Sadhguru in front there could be a billion more deeper and meaningful questions that could be asked , but all we get is these mush questions that Sadhguru answers, but it is just scratching the surface of what all could have been asked.

My thing is I’ve dealt wit people plenty of times and ending up in worse situations before trying to help them out.. it’s not like I’m trying to be transactional BUT wtf.. who wants to deal with someone and always end up with LESS THAN BEFORE? So yea most of my relationships now have to be transactional bc a lot of times they weren’t & i always get the shorter end of the stick. That pisses me off and makes me feel even worse about myself. I wish he would have answered the question “how do u control your emotions, what are some things that u can do physically that will create the hormones that u want” bc after a break up, your body literally lets off chemicals that leave you sad, depressed.. if it were so easy to control your emotions ppl wouldn’t grieve when ppl pass on.. he’s making it seem simple when it’s really not. I think this takes YEARS OF CONSCIOUS PRACTICE 😩
