3) poshan maah - celebrated in the month of September i.e. Nutrition month since 2018.
Yashwant Sinha 2001, changed time 5 PM to 11 AM.
2017 Aurn Jetily changed last February to first.

The United Arab Emirates (2017).
🔶️ It was Yashwant Sinha (finance minister)who changed the ritual in 2001 by announcing the Union Budget at 11 M.

2. In 1999 first time budget presented in 11 am by the Finance Minister Yashvant Shinya in the period of Atal Bihari Vajpayee as PM.
3.Under Poshana Abhiyaan, the month of September is observed as Poshan Maah; that is nutrition month every month since 2018.
