Brother, just opened and disconnected keyboard wire but still same key issue with external wired and bluetooth keyboard. 'o' key nahi kam karti thee, still not working. keyboard drivers uninstall kiay but laptop on hota hai tou khud hee install kar leta hai dobara. wrong drivers install kar k b dissable karnay ki koshi kee takay laptop dobara install na karay but no solution yet. Kia windows complete wipe kar k ubuntu install karu tou kam karayga?
SOLUTION: I removed the laptop keyboard connection pin, but the same key was not working on external keyboards (both wired USB and wireless Bluetooth). I installed Ubuntu as dual boot but still same keys issue. Then finally I wiped the hard drive and installed Zorin OS only. Now everything is working fine.
