Chitwan
Chitwan is one of 77 districts of Nepal,which is largest city of Nepal after Kathmandu. It covers 2,238.39 km2 and lies in the Terai region of Nepal. It is in the drainage basin of the Gandaki River and is roughly triangular, taking that river as its meandering northwestern border, and a modest watershed border, with India, as the basis of its southern limit.
Golaghat, Meghauli
Meghauli Chitwan is a multi-featured district in Nepal which lies in the Narayani zone of Central Development Region and is also known as the district of migrants from all over the country. Among many places in Chitwan, the most beautiful and attractive place is Golaghat where Narayani and Rapti River meets. Golaghat is around 25 km far from Bharatpur, which is the head quarter of Chitwan district. It is known as one of the richest place of Nepal in terms of wildlife and birds. It lies in the Buffer zone area. Rafters, after their long, exciting and adventurous white water trip can come to rest here and witness the diverse wildlife, panoramic views of the Himalayas and sunset on the Narayani and Rapti River. Mostly Tharus, Kumal and Bote reside near Golaghat .

Jalbire Waterfall (also known as Lamo Jharana) is a popular and beautiful waterfall located in Chabdibhanjyang VDC of Chitwan district of central Nepal. The waterfall is most popular for the Bharatpur area as well as tourists for enjoying swimming over here. The place also offers Canyoning for the adventure seekers and is found to be very enjoyable, also offering the opportunities for participating in homestays with the people of Gurung community for experiencing their culture, traditions, their lifestyle and their delicious dishes. Beautiful waterfall located in a beautiful place with several offering makes the waterfall most famous and one of the best destination in Chitwan.
