I use E45 lotion and I work outside for about 4 hours a day. When it's very warm and sunny I tan very quickly because of the lotion on my skin. I have a very dark, red, bronze suntan. People think I have been on holiday. Is it the E45 that has increased the ability of my skin to tan very quickly or is the tan actually the E45 and not the tan of the sun's rays? Is E45 lotion fake tan?
Do you use a sunscreen? Do you reapply after every 2 hours? The weather is quite hot in most parts of the world now.Tanning is a result of your skin's natural response to UV radiation from the sun.

The soap and the bath wash ,which is better

I always advise people to use products specifically made for the face on their face. You may have a different skin type on your face from your body.

Any soap that works well for your skin type should be fine.
