What they are serving in restaurants is not khabsa, that is something kind of chinese rice and nothing more that it. Khabsa is authentic middle eastern dish and what we found in india is chinese dish.

This is 1000% Fried Rice, this is not Kabsa at all. (Kepsa is wrong word). Kabsa is totally different food. Not even make like this nor Look even close to this.
