It's pretty much standard for every video they riffed on. But because his names on the show he feels the need to overly contribute to something to which he has no talent for or even a basic understanding of why it's funny. He just keeps reiterating why it's bad in an annoyed voice and like you said repeating the same criticisms without a comedic take on it.
I've never seen someone so comedically impotent make so much money before. For the comedians who came in regularly it must have been blindingly obvious to them from about the first minute
