- Après une dizaine d'années d'absence, le petit géant noir de la compagnie Royal de Luxe fait son retour à Nantes, accompagné d'une grand-mère venue du fond des âges. Ce nouveau personnage, déambulant en fauteuil roulant ou s'aidant d'une canne, raconte aux Nantais l'histoire de leur ville, et celle de l'univers, dans une langue oubliée.
Documentaire de 26 minutes réalisé par les équipes de Télénantes lors du spectacle "Le mur de Planck", du 5 au 9 juin 2014.

Bonjour, que de beaux souvenirs depuis 1998, on les a tous vus...o' reste de grands enfants devant tant de talents ...la poésie la magie, qui transforment les geants en êtres vivants ,avec les émotions, la fantaisie de l'histoire qu'il faut suivre jour après jours .Merci a vous de créer du rêve, même pour les vieux enfants de mettre des étoiles dans les yeux des passants ,étonnés, d'être devenus si petits, comme les lilliputiens, qui donnent la vie, a tous ces êtres sortis de l'imaginaire ...c'est un vrai bonheur

TRANSLATION OF ABOVE TEXT... After ten years of absence, the little black giant of the Royal de Luxe company is back in Nantes, accompanied by a grandmother from the depths of the ages. This new character, walking in a wheelchair or using a cane, tells the people of Nantes the story of their city, and that of the universe, in a forgotten language.
26-minute documentary produced by the Télénantes teams during the show "Le mur de Planck", from June 5 to 9, 2014.

They put the puppets away in 2018 😭 Would have loved for them to come back to Australia.
No offense to anyone in NY but don't think the public would appreciate the art, the hard work and the teamwork in creating these magnificent marionettes. It would be nice but don't think it would be worth the logistical nightmare.

Well, they've brought it here to Montreal Canada and I can't wait to get down there to see. It's not this one tho, it's A girl and a deep see diver...looks very nice , I'm so excited !!
It would be considered too dangerous with liability legalities preventing public display of art that could either hurt someone physically or offend causing emotional damage. I'm serious as crazy as hell as this sounds. I noticed over 20 years ago going to Europe that I experienced freedom and liberty to my great surprise as a young man far more than I ever have still yet to date back home. Columbia is only for real estate investors and corporations to make money in the market centering on building world power. Columbia just doesn't really have culture, art, unity, and liberty on offer to her masses. I wish I could be financially independent to vote with my feet and life. Columbia certainly has lost her luster...
