Not really, Witcher 3 is still leaps better than PS1/PS2 era graphics... to really "see" the gap like it is between PS4 vs PS1, perhaps a min. 20-30 year gap will do (meaning 2040+). By that time photorealism is a norm and you can no longer tell the difference between real life imagery and 'video game graphics' - - at least for games that choose to go this direction. Ray Tracing would be an absolute norm.
