I think he makes the best music of the boys tbh bc it’s so authentic and acoustic yet catchy and upbeat (though I love Harry and louis sm and also zayns are very sold. Liam dosent make my style type stuff but I still love his voice).
I think the same even when he's doing sort of comercial music, him and Louis do that kind of music that is more appreiate in their countries but is still good for the rest of us
as sad as i am that one direction is on hiatus i really think it was good for the boys, especially niall and liam to give them chances to be seen as more than part of a band, but actually to be seen as such talented individuals

Niall is a flippin' jewel. A few weeks ago, I heard "Seeing Blind" at the grocery store. I memorized a few lyrics to google it at home. "Okay, some guy named Niall Horan." *Shrugs "Whoever that is. Cool." I listened to a few more songs and loved them just as much. "Why tf is UA-cam recommending One Direction songs all of a sudden? "Waaaaait! Ohhhhhhh. That's who he is.." Haha.. I'm a bit older than these guys (Backstreet Boys and NSYNC were the boy bands of my HS years), so I let that whole chaos of 1D slip by without hearing anything or paying much attention. I've heard a few now. They're catchy, sure. And I hope for the millions of fans waiting, they tour again, but like I said... Niall is a jewel on his own. I'm glad he matured and is making his own music.
