The Feed system needs some adjustment. It takes hours to make enough food for just one day, which I find very time-consuming. Food should either be easier to craft or last longer.
Create a double-walled (top & bottom) enclosure with no roof and a minimum of four square sections. Always place the trough in the center to ensure the animals can eat and drink without issues. (You can see, they always put their head over the trough). Placing it near a wall sometimes causes them to glitch, preventing them from eating and eventually leading to starvation. I successfully raised four S-grade animals to 80% tameness in just three days, but I still haven’t figured out how to extract items from them. But my team mate told me you might need to slaughter them to get the items from traits.
I'm not sure if this is an update but the newly captured animals will not be hostile towards you and will not fight against each other. I placed 2 Wolves and 1 Bear and they did not even fight. Also, even after making a closure for my wolves, they just passed through as if there's nothing there. I'm in PvE so I'm not sure if same with PvP.
1. Just get tameness to 20% and they wont attack you or each other. (my wolf and bear share the front yard) 2. Go to the higher level areas to get animals. You dont have to worry about killing them, I have a maxed out SOCR and not killing the lvl 35 bears is not a problem.
Hope this taming thing improve to capture mutants and boses or something like some taming games like chimeraland i like that game but its dead now cuz dev not putting some effort on that game 😢
my issue is currently that my goats aer eating up my hard collected food in an hour...they really should regulate how often they eat - or add more variety to the grains/food types from which you can craft , but thanks for the video!
I've 3 100% tamed wolf with 2 new crocs within same area but they don't attack each other. Crocs only attack me! Plus I've stopped taming them for now as getting their food is very exhausting and not worth the time and efforts. So if I tame and feed two crocs, it will me take 2 or more days and after that I still have to feed and I get just one egg every 8 hrs.
they need to fix the animals leaving the place you put them because everytime i fast travel when i return they are outside or walking around or falling in the foundations its just anoying for now and not worth the hassle
The animals eat too much. Every day I have to hunt for my wolves and by the next day all the kibbles are gone (and of course any meat is spoiled). I don't know why wolves cant hunt for themselves. There are rabbits all around my base. Wolves should eat them.
Personally making it so that the food for tamed animal we craft is either a lot more(like 4 per craft) or reduce the amount of food/time they need since they eat a lot of food for basically useless gains like before i changed to hard servers my B-Rank goat produced goat milk every 16hrs! And the goat eats a lot. I wont touch taming till they fix atleast the food problem like seriously , i put 10 herb and 10 grain craft food in the animal feeding station and after i roam from blackfell its already gone. Ever since then i just put 2 stacks of scarlet weed(?) thing and thats basically the same as that 20 craft food
@@TwentyOneSkillz I was able to get him back by taming another random animal and interacting with them and once there where it shows the list of animals you have I could see him. I had to put him back in the inventory and then place him again but I guess he was just invisible or something
I know that some people reported when having animals on the roof they glitch and escape but it didn't happen for me. I just used some railing to separate them. In one corner i have rabbits and deer and in one corner a bear. 1 week and they are still there. But food is consumed too fast. I find it difficult to keep them at 100% hunger satisfaction. Crafted food costs a lot and the favorite food can spoil fast.
You can just uneaquip cradle traits and some armors to reduce dmg instead of having a separate stuff to tame mobs I hope breeding system will be something like that 2 Grade S create a new Grade S and there s a chance to take mother or dad trait. So at some point you can have the perfect mom and dad to reproduce so you always have the same exact traits if both parents have the same ones. This would be cool it would mean that you can take scenario after scenario 2 grade S animals and reproduce them to have exactly what you want.

Agreed. The feed bags help but the animals do eat them quickly.

Ya, bio generators you get like a week, they need to make feeding them like that, you load it up and it tells you how long they will be fed for.
interacting with the feeding trough if an animal is too close is very frustrating because it keeps opening the animal's stat info instead
They should make Tranq arrows for all of the bows and crossbows. The throwing needles suck and have a lot of delay.

Coords for Large and small crocodiles. (3339.15, -4565.65) there are 2 large and 1 small crocodile on that small island

Great tips! Yeah to get most of the items from traits you need to slaughter them. I know you can milk the deer though without slaughtering.

You are correct. Put the animals on a ceiling/floor over water and they won't glitch out.

I didnt build a pen for my animals, they are free range. They dont run away or hurt each other.
Have it a wolf or bear follow you around the world, like a hunter pet in wow.

instead of making meat feed, can i just feed a bunch of raw meats to a bear or croc? or does it HAVE to be feed

They don't get wiped! They get moved to your Eternaland backpack and can get moved to your next server using Resource Points.

Yes it takes a lot and to have a player or Defences harm an animal you have tamed.
I tried that with my deer before transferring. U dont need to recall them they will be transferred.

You can but I find it easier swapping 1 weapon rather than swapping out multiple things.
