No the context of the question was talking about Proud Boy informants being in communication with the FBI Handlers as they entered into the capital building. Trying to imply the FBI was directing the people. Wray was very clear on the answer that no it was not. Neither the FBI sources or the agents where involved in that.

I think Congress should have several cells in the basement, each with a telephone. So when somebody dodges a questions saying they don't have the information, they can be sent to a cell and given the opportunity to call their organization and get the information. Of course Wray is a little different, he just refuses to answer.
