Chasing huge carp fishing the wonderful venue in France known as Old Oaks Lake. It was on a cold, snappy, Februrary day that I travelled to Le Mans in France, to try and outwit a huge 70 pound common. Did we get close? Watch on to find out.

Timing is everything, a few days too early although you still caught 2 absolute belters when others may well have struggled, so hats off to you. Cheese & stroganoff is a big no no by the way🤣

52.4 was the biggest a 47.11 and a few others.. four of us had lake exclusive, we all had a great time

Well in on the catches lads, some hard conditions there but just shows getting up on that sunrise can be the difference in catching and blanking so well in. I like that little reggae beat as well, you should put more of that in the vlogs, nice to have a change from the dnb 👊👊

Old oaks is a nice venue done 16 days in jan. Pulled out a 56 the one thing keeps you going is knowing how big the next take could be But so hard in the cold so we’ll done

Not sure I’d have had a 45 and a 50 in Uk mate in February. There was also the chance of a huge 70 common which would’ve obliterated my PB. So yes worthwhile to me fella 👌
