That's a good sweet spot tbh. I've done 40, 40 and 15 and the results I get when simming have been good for me. I'm not constantly editing lineups but at least the majority of my roster will get some PT due to someone missing some games.
Injuries on but just with a low frequency. The first time you tinker with it they won't be as devastating as if they were all left at the default 50. I also like the format of facecam for the first 5 and it being off for the last fam 5. This was probably my favorite 10 year rebuild you've done. Keeping the Grizzlies core together was dope all while making a deep roster work. Just great stuff. I liked seeing Zaire getting a shot to start. He's definitely an underrated player in 2K and develops nicely and he's efficient as hell too. I was lowkey mad we never got a Grizzles/Knicks finals LOL!! Ja vs Daniels would have been nuts but I'm glad Daniels numbers got highlighted since he won MVP. Before that he was on All NBA 1st Team and I was dying to see his averages and hoping you noticed and took a look for curiosity's sake hahaha. Wouldn't mind you trying to sign him in an upcoming rebuild to see if you can benefit from the crazy jump in progression he seems to get.
would love to see the pacers as the next 10 year rebuild, they’ve got an interesting future especially if they trade buddy and myles turner and possible tank for wemby
Can we get a Wemby OKC rebuild? Wemby to OKC happens just as often as Scoot to Wiz in these rebuilds lol. As seen in your 0 to 16 rings Griz franchise, Wemby-Chet frontcourt is a dynasty
Player mentorship is normally useless without older players to pass skills on from if they are 33+ it will prob work well with a developing player 30 to 31 is the cusp and the youngest I have gone and it actually have an affect is 28 or so but the badges had to be hof or gold because 28 is still considered young than u gotta add in what you mentioned about teaching certain positions
Im late asl but id love to see injuries on because it adds unpredictability and if you build an amazing team your going to win basically every year which takes the fun and realism out of it. Do what you want though ima still watch
Maybe try a realistic rebuild where you put trade negotiation difficulty / contract negotiation difficulty to 100%. Done this recently and it was really challenging.
My I-don't-know-how-manyth-time asking for a SROS vs KOT4Q 10 year rebuild. You both pick the worst team at the time you accept this challenge. Realistic rebuild. Download a draft class. Most championships within 10 years wins. Tie-breaker goes to the most individual awards won by your team.
I'm not going too lie I haven't watched your videos in a bit Matt but I love your 10 year rebuilds keep them coming but I don't see how u do it my game kicks off at like 2027 28 season
Ex on my wizards rebuild Deni was struggling to shoot over 30% from three I put his training to outside scoring and next season he shots 42% and his 3pt rating jumped up by a whole grade
Its okay that Ja was only averaging 18 points lol its all about your record and winning in the playoffs. who cares about the stats man. let the other players shoot and do well if they are capable. so many rebuilders panic when they dont have a 25 ppg scorer on the team.. you dont need one if the team wins
I can never make it all the way through a rebuilding video because he just doesnt make them realistic at all. Not playing your two firsts any minutes at all and then packaging them in a deal for atyton? No thanks
Injuries should always be on. It adds alot of difficulty to these rebuilds. And it is much more entertaining to watch when you flip out about them!
Noooooo
Yea it add difficulty but it’s not realistic based on how often everyone is hurt
@@kenndior1172 he can always turn injury frequency down
@@kenndior1172 it's more realistic than no on ever getting hurt.....don't be naive
I agree
best and most consistent 2k youtuber out here💯
You can change the touch tendency too. Control how many touches a player gets
i put severity on 40, duration on 35 or so and career-enders around 25 and that seems to work for me not too many injuries but they still happen
i think that’s what it is i can’t quite remember off the dome
That's a good sweet spot tbh. I've done 40, 40 and 15 and the results I get when simming have been good for me. I'm not constantly editing lineups but at least the majority of my roster will get some PT due to someone missing some games.
Love the rebuilds, i feel like injuries happens way too often in the simulations, so i'd prefer them off.
Keep the banger videos coming :D
Keep injures on but lower frequency
Your my favourite youtube and got me into doing realistic rebuilds. Thank you for curing my boredom
Injuries on but just with a low frequency. The first time you tinker with it they won't be as devastating as if they were all left at the default 50. I also like the format of facecam for the first 5 and it being off for the last fam 5.

YESSS I WANTED A NEW GRIZZLIES REBUILD!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCHHHH! LESS GOOOOO
Wow, such a run. 6 rings with 3 OG starter. What a team
Wizards 10 year rebuild would be challenging and really fun to watch.
Love these 2k rebuild vids, keep up the hard work!
love this vid as a grizzlies supporter.
I enjoy the facecam bc the audio sounds lighter and doesn't make you sound like a smoker from NY
Definitely like it better with injuries off, love the content
What draft classes do you use? I can’t find that one and I like it a lot
Wow another vid cant wait to watch
I’ve been waiting for this for ever. Can’t wait to see how you rebuild them with one of my favorite players, David Roddy.
...unfortunate
Dope as always 😎
videos so raw!!!!!
nice job as always Matt
Keep injuries on u can change frequency injuries make it a lil harder
I'd prefer injuries on at a low frequency. Adds a challenge.
I like facecam and no facecam. Both don’t bother me, although I think for reactions it’s better with facecam
İ like it when you have injuries.
Keep them onnn
Can we get a Wemby OKC rebuild? Wemby to OKC happens just as often as Scoot to Wiz in these rebuilds lol. As seen in your 0 to 16 rings Griz franchise, Wemby-Chet frontcourt is a dynasty
I'd love a 10 year Lakers or Magic rebuild.
Injuries on is much better. It adds a challenge and is far more realistic
Turn injuries off it doesn’t matter unless your doing realistic ! You’re the only one that keeps it somewhat realistic to actually reality !
31:52 What was this?
When you going to do a bucks 10 year
Im late asl but id love to see injuries on because it adds unpredictability and if you build an amazing team your going to win basically every year which takes the fun and realism out of it. Do what you want though ima still watch
Also I personally like face cam
I prefer the injuries on , It makes It more realistic and interesting
Injuries on! So it’s important you have a good debth
Mentors should always be 30+ year olds
10 year pels rebuild??
Matt you are my idol!!!
Maybe try a realistic rebuild where you put trade negotiation difficulty / contract negotiation difficulty to 100%. Done this recently and it was really challenging.
What’s the point of sending players to the G league? Doesn’t it bring down their overall?
10 year Rockets rebuild 💪🏽
with your last rebuild. the reason garland wasn’t in the league is because he had a career ending injury in 2k
injuries should be on but you should turn the rarity down so it won’t be so many
Do a 10 year Las Vegas expansion draft rebuild next
Thanks!❤😂🎉😢😮😅😊
My I-don't-know-how-manyth-time asking for a SROS vs KOT4Q 10 year rebuild. You both pick the worst team at the time you accept this challenge.
Realistic rebuild.
Download a draft class.

They should always be on.. an nerd out an do the player mentors... p.s. the older the player the better the rewards will be onbthat badge
And do player mentors and individual training it will really help players who are weak in a certain category
Ex on my wizards rebuild Deni was struggling to shoot over 30% from three I put his training to outside scoring and next season he shots 42% and his 3pt rating jumped up by a whole grade
memphis his scary bro
Keep injury’s on
Injury should never be turned off. 10 years is alot and injuries at least keep it fresh and doesn't make the rebuild completely brain dead easy
Its okay that Ja was only averaging 18 points lol its all about your record and winning in the playoffs. who cares about the stats man. let the other players shoot and do well if they are capable. so many rebuilders panic when they dont have a 25 ppg scorer on the team.. you dont need one if the team wins
personally I heavily prefer face cam!!
I would keep injuries on… but skip through their impact on the season and have it only impact the playoffs.
10 year bucks rebuild
It made me sooo bad that he wouldn’t just start Thompson at the 3 he was way better then the SF 😢
If it's suppose to be a realistic rebuild injuries should be on
Day 1 of asking to do a 10 year rebuild but the salary cap has to be positive and you can’t be in the negatives/ hard cap
Injuries should be off
if we want to see an NBA with injuries, we can follow with the real life nba
I want to see what would happen with no injuries
LESSSSSSSGOOOOO
Pacers next
Injuries on but low frequency
Yessir
keep injuries off for the 10 year rebulid
that ayton trade doesn't make ANY SENSE for the suns why would they want zero picks in return for ayton???
Turn injuries on more realistic
Injuries off for 10 year rebuilds make sense plus it’ll take to long if they were on
Injuries on
Yo
Injuries off..
I prefer injuries off to be honest
I mean it depends on the video but on these kind of rebuilds injuries off and on realistic rebuilds injuries on
No face scam is boring too watch in 0 to 18 pls turn the face all video

Not a fan of injuries on rebuilds. But that’s just me
