It’s like the mega mek, it’s only useable against a certain boss
But 10000000000000000000000000000000 times stronger.
That amount of damage you’re doing with those deinonychus are due to the bleed damage. Using like 3 deinonychus alongside an army of rexes in a boss fight is actually quite viable because that bleed damage (different from allo bleed) actually works on them.
It would be cool if a goal for this series would be to tame every single tameable creature in ark (including titans)

The Damage Numbers that were so high came from the bleed effect, Deinonychus have a different bleed then the other creatures
Right, its percentage based. When mine fought the dragon I had the same mini freak out.

I’m literally wearing my syntac hoodie while watching this
Last Fear Evolved my secret weapon was a carefully bred up fire wyvern brought over to The Island, perched atop a cliff face just outside of the dodorex's bite range. The fire wyvern was completely immune to the dodorex's fire breath, while the dodorex was NOT immune to the wyvern's fire breath. It took the better part of the game night to overcome the dodorex's automatic health regeneration, but I had roasted chicken by the morning.
Syntac: i needed weeks of preparation to kill a dodorex

The bleed effect takes away a certain percentage of health per hit and since the dodorex has 666,666 that means that it will bleed thousands of health from it

Little tip for Syntac: If you hold down the jump button before releasing it while riding the deinonychus, it will crouch down, and then releasing it will make it jump higher and farther.

Yes. I have night time cycle at x3 but now I need to reduce it to x0.5 or even less^^
might be, felt like he despawns at 5:00, and as soon as that happens the pure blackness/darkness fades

Same. I think my setting for night is 0.3 right now lol. I have been playing on PS4 until recently and not being able to see whatsoever defeats the entire purpose of playing so I cut that shit way short.

the super high damage numbers are from the bleed , bosses take a ton of bleed damage if you got alot of deinos stacking it on constantly , theres other things that take a ton of damage from deinonychus bleed but i cant really remember which ones. Edit: now watching the whole video i noticed you already know this so nvm xD

@@ElysetheEevee Yes, a Dodorex-Dodo skin would be nice. But it should stay when the event is over, so you can have your own little Dodorex-Pet. But I think, a Dodorex-Rex Skin is too big. It would be like there is a real dodorex and that would be too much😅

I haven't seen a DodoRex moon yet.
This is my first Fear Evolved and I haven't read up on everything in quite a while. DodoWyvern is on which maps, while DodoRex is on what others? Do you get the Zombie Wyverns only on a specific map or only with the DodoWyvern?
Also, do the Candy Corns drop only land when the Dodo Boss spawns? I came across one in the morning but hadn't seen any moon it fiery bits in the sky.
I'm honestly a bit confused. Weirdly, it all made sense until the event actually dropped, for me anyway.
I really, really want a Chibi though. So that's my main goal. I'm assuming you just keep crafting the random Chibi candy things until you get a specific amount in order to create the chosen Chibi? (Like ten Direwolf Chibi things or whatever)
I guess I'm going to have to really read everything over again.
Deinonychus bleed is a 1% DOT, so since DodoRex has so much health, 1% is like 6700 damage instead of 700 because DodoRex has 666000 base health at lvl 1 vs. 70000 for the sarco you fought.
Syntac THAT DMG is not an issue loool, that's the bleeding ticking damage, it still shows as damage when you bleed stuff so that's what that is. So the higher the creatures health, the more dmg that will be showing.

Your not joking about the bleed being a necessity. I had 11, 9 stack mutated allos, and I got the big chicken's health down to 1/3rd by the time the first allo died. They all died in the end but I finished it off with my argy. 10k was left after the allo massacre. And i was about 20seconds away from the guy despawning. XD
Everyone always uses Rex or theri or deino armies to kill bosses, would love to see more modded series use actual Mod creature armies. I've always wanted to try to use a Chunkingosaurus army, basically large ridable Kentros that deal recoil damage and inflict venom.

@@quino7970 On steam, I just had to update it an hour ago. Doedics can turn while rolling, mantis breeding, ankys getting metal WR of 85% megladons pack buff or something and a new way to view taming stats, a ton of other stuff too.

The damage is so high because the bleed dmg scales a bit (up to 3) and does dmg based on the target's total health. It's a flat percentage off its health stats.

Haven't used the Deinonychus but if they use bleed damage like Allosaurus then that may be the answer to their high damage. I seem to remember that the Allosaurus gives a certain percentage damage per bleed they cause thus they can be VERY effective against dinosaurs with high health compared to Rex and other high dps dinos. Just a theory though as dont use either so not all that familiar with the bleed damage mechanics.

So what i got from all this is just send a deinonychus in and when it dies you send in the next to make the bleed do all the work, and you could use your zombie dodo army to take on the reaper to get the skin with how the reapers don't attack fast enough to kill zombie dodos with there crazy health regen

And finally megs have pack bonus and bleed attack

The 6k dmg is the bleed tick of 1% of its hp
Its actually bugged I think. It doesn't do that much damage to bosses.
the dodorex's health was the devils number
It's gonna be pretty expensive, but I think I want to try bringing a titanosaur to fight the dodo rex, I did a dino wipe after the event started and a Halloween titan immediately spawned fairly close to my base, so if I craft a mek with a cannon module I think I can knock it out
a Yuti buffing the rexes would of been helpful

The dodorex should drop an egg when killed, it has to be hatched in lava or so, then you get a pigmy dodorex, at the size of a carno. And it won’t be like super op. Maybe like giga strength

btw they do so much damage because deinos do more damage depending on how much health the thing they are attacking have
The super high damage is the bleed effect. It ticks for a percent of the max health. That's why they were doing like 6k damage. Also you could've been buffing some of them the whole time.
