Ye display issue reason is still unknown. No company is saying about the problem. But one thing is very common, display get damaged in 2nd year when phone is out of warranty. I think dal me kuch to kala hai. It will force people to buy phone every year. Recently many people was trying to hold their phone 3 to 4 yrs. Kyon ki phone bahat mehga par raha hai. May be another conspiracy theory??? Who knows?

Don't update , ios you'll be forced to update , but for Android , use custom rom

Moto had provided me free screen replacement for G81. Even tho my phone was out of warranty. All you need to drop email to thier official customer care and state your problem. Service centre people will ask for 8000Rs if you go directly to them.

:- 4 December ko Mera Green Screen Problem start huwa or Complete 3 PM Ko hogya Green Screen now Me apna Paasword typing janta tha or sree bhi on thi to normal me Dusra phone Chala rha tha sree ko command se phone received kr rha tha or sree ko bol kr hotspot on off kr rha tha or me Ek android phone new order kr diya But aaj 6 December Mene bs sree ko command De rha tha Music play krne ko or apne aap mera green screen hat gya or wapas se normal chalne lga Phir naveen bhai ka notification dekha new update ka mene turant update maar diya phone or abhi mera phone normal chal rha hai ab esse ek baat saaf hai ki hardware problem to nhi hai ye apple walo ki software glitch se ho rha hai So please jiska huwa hai wo apna phone Service centre me le jane se achha 1 week sree se kaam chalawo apne aap wo sahi ho gya to sahi warna one week baad hi leke jawo or phone on rakho usse off kr ke rkhne se koi mtlb nhi sree se kuch jis work krate raho agar lucky huwe meri tarah to aap ka 40k bach jayega ❤

If the phone is out of warranty don't worry, Call customer care tell them your problem she will raise a complaint and assign you to a service center. Visit the center they will check the device for any physical or liquid. damage. if nothing is there it will be repaired in free as an exception case.

I am facing this issue on my 13 pro. What can i do? I called the customer care and they asked me to deposit the phone to service center but they didn't commit that they will repair the screen for free. How did you do?
Is it possible to share your repair bill so that i can use this as a proof to show service center, i can force service center to repair mine for free as well
They will keep phone for checking for few days. Check for any physical or liquid damage if nothing is there then they will proceed with free repair

My mother's moto G52 is 1yr 6 months+ old, & it's around 1 month, the green/pink line issue appeared. I took it to the Motorola authorised service centre (Syscomp) in Saltlake, Kolkata. They took my device for checks for any physical damage like, water damage & I waited for around 30 mins and they finally told that no issues found & your display will be changed free of cost even though it's out of warranty! The phone was repaired next day but I couldn't collect it till now, due to some issues, it's been 2 days, they called me to collect it!
But in front of my eyes I saw one uncle, who was told that some moisture found inside the phone, so it can't be repaired free of cost even though the phone was under warranty! I couldn't get it! Like seriously?? Within warranty & company's fault but they were charging around 9000 for repair & if you don't, you need to pay around 300 rupees as inspection charge, WOW!! Who wants to repair a 15-16k smartphone within 1 year for 9000 rupees??
I was really lucky in this case cause my mom was not a heavy user!!

@@Pandyakevlogsdon’t update bro I am working in Samsung care only and the company has not introduced any policy of free screen replacement so if you got a green line after update then you have to pay for the whole display only there is no alternative solution for this issue.

My Samsung Galaxy A73 got green line issue few days ago...even most of the users of S21 FE is in fear too, As S21 Fe is facing green line issues more...whatever Samsung display is the main problem i guess...and display issues on Samsung is more Common that of Apple.

My iPhone 13 pro max got green screen after update. Contacted apple support and then visited service centre, they replaced the screen free of cost with 3 months display warranty. My phone was out of warranty.

Facing same issue from 22 jul 24 and it's 16 aug 24 now. Visited authorised store at visakhapatnam jihone seedhe mna kr dia then apple store saket who were goin to change screen free of cost same day but due to some technical issue from there side and was told kch dino mai ho jaega.Now m just on calls with their senior team who are saying paid cover hoga and when m asking for the exact reason no one telling me.Goin to take leagal action against them now.

It was in service centre since mid September, 2023 and still in service centre
It had been to repair centre Bangalore, 3 times.

Brother tumhara jo motorola ka problem bataya pink lone issue, kabhi aata hai kabhi chala jata hain.. mera 2019 Wala Realme x2 pro me(mera green line) bhi aa raha hain... Jab aapne replace karaya screen to data wipe out ho gaya?
Sir, please help me to buy a smartphone, i want to buy a phone after 2 days but I'm so confused between this two phone Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra or Iphone 13 pro max which phone is superior in 2023 actually it's almost 2024 please sir suggest me one phone And which phone superior for long-term use, I'm belongs to middle class family so I want to buy second hand smartphone in our country second hand Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra price almost 900 dollars and Iphone 13 pro max price almost 800 dollars.
in this case apple can replace display if its outof warranty

I have Samsung s22 ultra after update raise display issue green light right side in front camera but Samsung replace display free of cost only pay labour charge 500/= phone is out of warranty
I Solve my phone and after can update this phone?

Did anyone has this issue with pixel 7
I have using 13 promax since last 18 months and recently i have got a green line on the screen after software update. There is not even a single mark on my phone.Then i search on you tube and apple cummunity many people are facing this issue .many youtuber says that they got free screen replacement from apple so with this hope i went to Apple saket they simple asked for paid service around 30500Rs. From than i called customer care and continuously trying i send him photos of my phone even youtubers videos link who got free replacement but still there is No response. I have been continuously contacting apple support since 20Aug2024. Bahot mehnt se phone liya tha bhai !! Socha tha 5-6 saal chalega lekin bhai 2 saal se phle hi aisi problem ho rhi h itne costly phone me!! Aj se phle itna regret kabhi nhi hua !!
