$600 is a steal. I paid $850+ for the OG zealot. For that price and having good cells, range and performance. Looks like Great “intro” board. Always heard good stuff bout Veymax. Great review 🔥🔥
I've owned it for 6 months and it's been highs and lows for me, the board is incredibly fun and very powerful, however after 150 miles of use I had a motor fail and lock up when I was at pretty high speed causing me to crash. After later inspection of the motor it appears that one of the hall sensor wires inside wasn't shielded or held in place properly and friction wore it down until it shorted out. Veymax did end up taking care of me, I did have to argue a bit with customer service to get all the parts replaced but at the end of the day they replaced the motor, the damaged battery case, remote per my request, then without me asking sent me another package with the upgraded rear trucks with motor covers. So all in all I am happy with the board and the company but am skittish about the reliability of the motors after crashing hard.
interesting setup on the bushings, I have been thinking about testing different riptides on the RKP trucks on my S3. I have the 93a wine red riptides all around with flat washers up front and cup in back but im thinking maybe a lower riptide on the street side for a bit more carve since if i wanna go fast i grab my other board! and i agree on the street board! I threw a handle on my S3 and use it for quick trips everytime! and i take my daughter to school in the morning on it every day! (She rides her scooter)
Really solid specs for the price point. Looking at their website, all their boards seem to be very competitively priced. Anyone know what their customer service and reliability has been like?
The customer service from veymax was very prompt, the 9 month warranty was free and they actually sent me the parts for free. I was biased at first, but they conquered me.
*YOU CAN COMBINE TWO DISCOUNT CODES. “merlin 20” and “esk8unity” for a even better price under $600*

Really good range for that price point. Looks like a sweet option for a street belt board.

Nice review!! Looks like a decent price for the specs 👌🏽
0:42 I like it...
I like the price, and I think I can just try this electric skateboard instead of other entry-level models.
I like the circuit board #Cyberpunk style griptape and graphics

I’m Wrigley struggling about my belts. I don’t know how to put them. Can you make a video about that?
