That death journal is a great idea - we have a living trust binder, but this is much more personal and practical. Not sure about the last words - that changes so much depending on the day 😏. I pint of blueberries two tsp of sugar or 2 tbsp depending on your taste and a squeeze of a half of lemon bring to a boil and simmer for a few hrs it wasn't great on toast but delicious on cheesecake lol.

I would have the BEST of intentions putting the ice cream in them. lol Morning Sharon. Yes.. that book I hope will be a help for many. I've gone through 4 messy 'sort-outs' that could've done with that book and a will 😒 which is why I jumped on one for myself..... MONTY is more likely to bring live things into the house than get them out, little beast 😈.... My willpower is low too hun but I am battling to get down under 300lbs arghhhh I am determined but do have failure days which is why I'm trying to do small treats regular rather than fail big LOL
@mattingleyhouse You are doing so great! You are motivating me in this adventure. I think having small treats along the way is the way to go. 'All or nothing' is what resulted in me needing to lose 100 pounds. I think I'll give it a try too! The mounjaro does seem to have me thinking less about food all day. So maybe I could buy some ice cream and not gobble the whole container down too fast this time. Do you have a favorite flavor you've made so far? I've thought about getting that ninja ice cream maker. 🍦💙💙💙
Your cat seems to like being brushed, even though you said its the first time!!😂😅😊 Wow, i also hate spiders especially if you are having shower and ones at your feet, you turn around to wash hair and sh*t yourself, hubby got it out luckily as i screamed 😱 😂😅😮 Cow print bag is huge I have 2 very handy indeed. I think mine are extra large. Have grabber too, red and a blue as I misplaced first one, then bought second and found first in cupboard 😊
