My fourth MB. Would never have bought it, my father did. After he died, I took it for sentimental reasons. Now I love it. Great car, economically, good space, quiet relaxing drive. Love you dad, you made great choices.

Why does carbuyer always put Air Conditioning as standard features? I thought every modern car now comes with that
***** Nope. Look at some base model Corsas etc. They don't come with it standard.

Great review , and the best thing about Mercedes...their secondhand-programs...for half the money, low milage and today with brussels autosalon with 4y warranty! I just love Mercedes!
do some cars not come with air con as standard.
I assume this is a 2015 model(w246), but she said that the basic models have reverse camera. I have a 2012 model but the revsering camera is not included :C

i wonder what would be ginny's thoughts if she were to read your comments. like,c'mon guys, we're here to watch a car review, not a porn shag. the "storage section" part of the video, back then with rebecca, was really weird if you'd ask me (yeah, the banana storage thing - like she couldn't find any better object for scale; IMO she deliberately chose it for more sex appeal. there, i said it). give ginny some credit, she's reviewing cars like she's supposed to do.

This car's electronics aren't good. Speaking from experience.
Airbag malfunctions that the dealership can't fix, lighting issues, various other electric issues.
@@tds9058 ours is the same model year, 2012 B200 Exclusive trim. Bunch of failing electronics/shock absorbers.

@@robertsinkonde7145 I got an used B250 AMG package with 26,000km.. very spacious and smooth! Practical and decent fuel economy around 8.5L/100Km.. i chose to have power over economy, but the ideal balance in terms of fuel economy and power is the B200. Great turning circle for city driving and very comfy on long cruises. Great visibility with the seating position and so far no problem whatsoever.
Only thing I’d like to change is the run flat tires to make the ride slightly softer but still got heaps of thread so might take a while. The gear box sometimes is “lazy” when accelerating slowly to try to maximize fuel economy, but not a deal breaker. If you floor it in sports mode then the car comes alive!

@@allankobanawa9204 thanks alot for the feedback, the time I asked about this question I was about to buy the B200, but I was discouraged and I ended up buying latest Toyota vitz but still my heart wants a Mercedes Benz B-class, however with time I might change to Mercedes

On a side note, most of the people who drive luxury cars are leasing them, so they don't experience many problems in their limited 3 year term. And if you wonder why luxury cars have more problems than regular ones, it's basically due to gadgetry. The interior of a S550 has 300 LEDs, yes, 300.
Over engineered cars. Harder to fix and sky high repair costs.

I have driven B200 Cdi until almost 200,000 KM. It is very reliable. No any problem at all !
It would be better that review is with most common level of equipment, and showing how big people fit in here...
Not all models have reverse camera though - mine doesn't. Well, maybe in Canada it's a different config
Much prefer Matt's reviews where we get the full pros and cons of the car while this lovely lady talks like she is selling mercedes. No mention about how much more road noise B class tend to have over other merc models, rides tend to be more on the firm side, slight bodyroll around corners but great visibility all around the car and how easy it is to get in and out of the car. I would have gotten the same from simply watching the video and muting the sound.
The one thing that kept going through my mind as I watched this is the amount of electronics that will no doubt go wrong... I've spent almost 4 grand on my Merc over the past 2 years, all due to wonky electronics.

What's the point of a sports package for a MPV? Owning an MPV doesn't make you a loser, it just says you got small kids. But owning MPV with AMG-styling pack does make you look ridiculous.

Youness Arriade most mercedi come with foam tire filler so that the punctured tire can still drive as the foam covers the hole and seals it

And Mercedes is zero for reliability as the quality has gradually diminished, crap cars when it comes to reliability. It’s the badge and living on their past glory, newer cars are crap.
Yet another horrible colour. It looks its been primed and awaiting a paint job. I hate the wheels as they look ridiculous. It does nothing for me I'm afraid. The cup holder for rear passengers didn't swing the deal either!

I love it and have one. Roomy, comfortable, economical and reliable. Perfect.

Round Trip Umm know, it means it is a well built car. Volkswagen are well built in many other ways, but forged steel door hinges, quality catches and locks, good rubber seals and laser seem welding contributes as to why VW have a distinctive door thud that no other manufacture can match.
