The Hiluckey 25000mAh solar charger comes in with two USB type A output ports. It also has a micro USB input port that is used for charging only.
Its main feature is the 4 foldable solar panels that can be used to directly charge the device using solar power.
It has a rugged build, designed for the outdoors. It's a power bank that can take a punishing. Being under 100Wh, it's also a portable charger that can be taken on flights.

somethings fishy going on with these solar powerbanks, ive seen so so many different ones with different names but they all seem to have the same packaging as if they are made by the same people. and a lot of them arent that effective. is somethign suspicious going on with these solar power banks? and which one is ACTAULLY the best?

There are a number of videos on youtube with people actually testing a few models side-by-side. Some models are quite good, but most of them are ineffective as you mentioned. They work but they take a really long time, especially if the sun is not directly shining on them.
