These are the videos that got me started on UA-cam.
Well... almost... The original crash videos I made for youtube somehow got deleted from my hard drive and computer. However the crash clips themselves where still on my hard drive. So I remade the original 5 volumes into 4, with never before seen crashes as well.
These crashes were done with the original crash physics before the Cagney update. That's when they chagned it so now all the cars mostly do is slide no the roof.
I will have 2,3, & 4 for up soon, then start making new videos with all the updates, Cops & Robbers, Big Surf Island, Legendarys and of course the Boost Specials.

Holy moly, i forgot how different this game looked in version 1.0. I faintly remember this, funny enough.
The crashes are so beautiful and realistic, it looks like all of them are scripted

These crashes were done with the games original crash physics. They changed it in one of the updates so they don't roll and flip so much anymore.
It's so much better when hey flip a lot.my friend only plays it to crash the cars as Hard as he can XD
I wish they never updated it. The cars barely roll now

@@GasparKvarta if u get the game on the playstation 3 you can decline the update and play the original version. But it gets annoying cause it'll keep letting u kno theres an update every 5 minutes

I hope they make a sequal but for ps4 or xbox one. It could have car customization, more jumps, more cars, different terrains (desert, plains,) but it would be awesome for trains to go on the tracks

Sometimes the best crashes are when you don't do them on purpose or when you least expect it.
Still the best driving game of 2009,2010,2011 and 2012! Brings back great memories of my childhood

I used to love the crashing physics in this game! Until discovering Rigs of Rods (and then BeamNG, which was made later), this was probably the most satisfying crashing game there was. GTA IV is up there on the list, but it's obviously different.
Some of the crashes crushed the front of the cars. Awesome!
Please make a volume that at the end there's a barrel roll crash.

They should bring a new Burnout out, and with even more realistic wreck physics, just like in real life.. like the car that splits in two or that it wraps around a tree or a light pole and other realistic crash physics!

Does anyone else find that the original crash physics were WAY cooler than the new ones? I have the original game and I think it's a lot cooler to play than The ultimate box.

I mean, don't get me wrong, GTA's crash physics are amazing...so realistic, but the damage?...when was the last time you compacted the front half of your car in GTA?...its hard for such a versatile game like GTA to compete against a game like burnout with crashes because thats burnout's signature thing...i bet a huge chunk of developing burnout goes into crashes, while GTA has many other things to worry about.
What??? how? gta 4's crashes are just cosmetic...a dent or a broken window, popped tores...ect. you don't get nearly the kind of awesome destruction as you get with burnout games (which are pretty much games built around an awesome crash engine)
One time my car was going so fast and i hit and intersection and the car crushed all the way to the first door it was hilarious

That is exactly what I was wondering too...I mean, they have the capibility to have this crash engine in the nfs games. So why dont they?
Also, why is the handling in new most wanted/hot pursuit SO TERRIBLE?!
SuperSonicSenna It's probably because of the "conspiracy theory" that the manufacturers don't allow the developers to have realistic crash modelling because that would damage the brand, since their cars would be split in little bits in-game.
Something else that supports this is the fact that Burnout doesn't have real cars to crash them.

well, only realism was bought in because of the new physics (not much of flipping etc.) + driveaways became more often, and that was fun

looks like the crashes are pretty much all the same. You hit another car, your car slides off of the other car somehow and goes barrel rolling down the street.
I remember when every crash you did, you rolled :P

There's no real cars in this game, not like the last nfs mw ( for sure , the last Nfs has been inspired by this really good game , like the easy drive or the repair station , the crashes and the takedowns, which makes the last nfs a little bit out of the 2005's nfs most wanted , but soo fun to play online. I'm only able to say "EA, you are the best creators of racing games :))"!
