And that's a good start of a sunday morning! Just woke up and saw your new video :D Great job! I have never seen that bearing worn that much...ouch! I wonder how much FH has that H/C. Mine has 4000-5000 FH and I have never replaced it (maybe someone else I don't know about ;p). Also, I don't know if the replacement was during the line check, or periodical inspection, but I think there is a massive dirt and contamination on it. About the disclamer...2 months ago I had my type rating for EC135 and the instructors told us about the RTFM (read the fuc*ing manual :D). I hope everyone who watch your, and any other videos are aware of RTFM and do their job good. It's not a toy and we have to be careful, especially with the critical tasks like this one. I'd like to share my recent experiance if you don't mind. This week I had a problem with the NRo. When engines were running there was no NRo values on TRIPPLE INDICATOR and the warning LOW RPM iluminated on WARNING UNIT. I replaced NRo sensor in main transmission - didn't help. I replaced TRIPPLE INCICATOR - didn't help. After a long night we finally found the problem. We checked the wires for damage using multimeter iaw. WDM (if the wires would be damaged OL (open line) would appear on the multimeter). Everyting was good, but when we checked the wires with the frequency generator I saw no values on TRIPPLE INDICATOR. I'm talking about it, cause I didn't know that the wire can be damaged (not ripped) and it will not show OPEN LINE but the signal won't go through them. Fortunately we didn't have to replace the whole harness - the damage was close to the splice (2-3 cm from splice - under the main rotor brake assembly). Hope you understood everyting...english is not my native language :D Great job and can't wait for more videos. Greetings.
Your English is better than mine. Strong work on figuring out your NR frequency problem. I would have had to phone a friend. My go to for electrical problems that baffle me is Willy Welch at Airbus Tech support in Grand Prairie. That guy’s a genius. To be honest, that NR problem would have stumped me. Most of the machines I work on have over 5000 hours. There’s a couple with over 10,000. Thanks for your input and insight. It is much appreciated.
@@HelicopterMaintenance I don't know what happend with my comment but I guess I didn't press reply and closed the wiondow :D We have 27 helicopters - 17 P2+, 6 P2+ modificated by us to P3, and 4 original P3.
I try and share things that a have over looked in the past or thing that I see other guys are not familiar with. I’m glad that you enjoyed this video. If you know of other people who might find this sort of thing interesting, please share with them. I am trying to share as much as I know, we are all in this together. Regards, Help Desk
Hello Sir we have a Turbomeca Engine, where the #1 Engine Torque slowely goes to 0% at Idle and Flight Mode. Please what could possibly cause a situation like this?
Are both engines running? If your running just the one engine and the torque shows as dropping to 0, then it sounds like an indication problem. But I have very little experience with TM engines.

Hey, where do you live? Like what country? I appreciate and value your input.
@@HelicopterMaintenance I live in Poland. I work on yellow helicopters in Polish Medical Air Rescue :D. Greetings!
@qweq9972 Awesome! How many machines are in the fleet you work with?
