WALKING AROUND AMSTERDAM from the MSC cruise port

I know people on cruises don't walk far. But do get off Damrak and Nieuwendijk. In stead of turning right off the ship, turn left and do the Oosterdokken area, Marine terrein, OBA and the area east of Nieuwmarkt.
