Irina Morales that’s because celebrity hair stylists aren’t meant to be making their hair look extravagant, they’re just meant to make them look perfect whilst accentuating their own style. That’s why you see, celebrity makeup artists never do extreme cat eyes etc, just define everything but with perfect skin. Also, another thing as to why celebrities use them is cause they’re trustworthy for private life. They just want to make the client happy, and Kylie was happy with her hair. Job done.
