- Tales of the Jedi was a fantastic addition to Star Wars animation and that is thanks in large part to the well told story of Count Dooku. This was a character that was just okay to me before this show. I did not think about him a ton, but this show really fleshed him out and made me understand his fall better. He is now one of the more tragic characters in Star wars in my eyes and I am glad he got more of a spotlight here. Please enjoy this video tribute!

Count Dooku really explained the entire Sith grand plan to Obi Wan and he just sat there and ignored every single word 😂

Would you listen to someone who betrayed the order? As Yoda said Dooku fell to the dark side and creating mistrust are his ways now.
I've never been a big Count Dooku fan, but wow! After watching this spectacular edit, he has my respect.

He was right, as much as the council and others would deny it, they fell from the light long ago, now becoming blind followers of a corrupted political republic. Jedi like Dooku, Anakin, Ahsoka, Qui-gon and others were some of the few who actually upholder what the Jedi were suppose to represent.

Definitely more of a justified reason to turn to the dark side than anakin more selfless reasons than anakins selfish reasons
Anakin had no one to rely on to be that secure anchor to the light. He was basically a poster boy in the clone wars, saw the wrongdoings of the Jedi but could not say anything about it as he had to follow orders, Obi-Wan was a good teacher, but he was trained as a toddler with nothing while Anakin was forced to forsake what he had as a child to join the order. In the end, to save Padmè, he made a choice for the Jedi Council never fully trusted him to begin with, and let’s not forget the fact they had him literally spy on the chancellor after denying him the rank of master. The flawed council itself created Vader
@@kijjamburodney3086 at the end of the day yes the jedi were very messed up in there own way though his main reason for turning to the dark side was a single person he wanted to save and he was willing to kill innocent younglings for that dooku wanted a better galaxy he wanted to tear down the old system and create a new one a better one for the people of the galaxy

After reading Master and Apprentice and Dooku Jedi Lost, he became one of my favorite characters in all of star wars, behind only Obi-Wan and Ahsoka. Tales of the Jedi only added to that. Even thiugh when I first watched atrack of the clones, I thought he was pointless and had no character development 😂
Really underrated, this was an excellent tribute
