Perfectly midwestern. There's something special about that region and it's music - a lot of her work (and phox) reminds me of sufjan stevens, bon iver, wilco, etc.

Wow. The kind of thing that just slows you down and makes you sit for a minute. Incredible, incredible music.
Every now and then someone picks a much covered song and does something that makes that particular version unique. That, for sure, is the case here. This rendition is brilliant and heartfelt in that stripped format and with Ms Martin's velvet voice. I definitely won't think twice: it's (much more than) alright!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You take the words right out of my mouth. Nothing is more boring than a cover trying to imitate the original. The art of covering is in creating something new. I find this often in amateurs' covers, but here we have a professional arrangement and interpretation that actually has transformed the spirit of the original song into something totally different, which, by the way, I personally like much better (I am not overseeing Dylan's genius though ;-).

I keep coming back to this one. It might be one of my favorite covers ever. However, I always get this sense that there’s a build-up for some beautiful strings towards the middle/end and they never end up coming😕 If only I could ever listen to a version of this with strings added, my life would be complete
