Your voice is so soothing❤. Nice video
Thanks Kenny ❤
Hello Nanelle.. I really love your videos
Very educative
Thanks a lot for these information.
Wow thank you for this 👍👍
So it's better I look for another job( if I want to change my job or location) instead of hubby switching to the main applicant on a Tier 2 visa
I think this is dependent on the number of years or months you've spent in the UK. If just few months and ready to let go. You can switch
Thanks so much for the information and the heads up
Hello Nanelle, very informative as usual. Can you please make a video on the DOs and DONTs of the tier 2 visa.
Thank you so much
Ok dear
Am interested too

Thanks dear
Information wo wiase.
Thanks Nanelle...
Welldone Princess 🌹, your sessions are quite educative and informative. Please, one more thing, this hairstyle suits you a lot; better than the dreadlock. Well done.
Thanks Nanelle
Ohhh, I thought folks knew this. Actually it is not only on a dependant visa. In the UK once you switch from one visa to another, your stay in the UK on the former visa isn't counted towards ILR. The years are always counted on your current category of visa😝(there are few exceptions though such as the instance stated in your explanation). God bless you Nanelle for the sensitization. I miss you though ♥️😇.
I don't think changing jobs will affect the ILR
@@abiodunseunflory4326 Yes dear. You can change jobs but the jobs must be in the SAME visa category to count towards ILR.
It’s not changing jobs it’s changing your visa
You dawg me big time 🥲
Say what you know if you switch from a marriage or spouse visa it still counts
You forgot to mention that you can work as many hours as possible for your current employer, hours towards your current sponsor is not restricted only hours outside your sponsorship company is restricted to 20hrs weekly provided it's within the same occupation code
Hi Nanelle, very grateful for your videos. Please imagine a scenario of my spouse on a skilled work visa and me on a dependent visa. If I am to switch to a work visa, is it compulsory that the job must be on the shortage occupation list or not. Finally in both scenarios, would it count towards application for ILR? Thank you so much
Thanks a lot for this information
you are doing good sister
Good job nanelle I like your work
Thanks Calvin 🙏🏽
Thank you so much for sharing
Very informative 🙏🙏
Valuable Information...
Nana, please talk more about this public funds?
God will bless you more Double
🙏🏽 Amen
Thank you Nanelle for this enlightenment. My question is, is the 20hrs extra permitted for Tier 2 Visa holder, per week or per month? Many thanks 🙏
Per week
That's great I think it enough for me.
Hey Nanelle, thanks for the video this is very insightful. May I ask if a dependant can switch to Global Talent visa and the years spent as a dependant will count towards ILR. What you shared at 11:05 in this video seems to indicate that it counts. Your thoughts?
Congratulations on 90k subscribers, please how is student living in northern Ireland?
Good information...
Hey Nanelle, can you do a similar video for Tier 4 student VISA ?
to tell our sister and brother not make mistakes
Nanelle my Queen , the Home office is subscribed to your Channel 😉 😜
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@NanelleGriselda hahaha true ooooo 😂
Very very important
Nanelle am finally here in UK as a tourist and wanted to use this opportunity to look for sponsorship and is getting harder to get sponsorship even as a career
thanks for the information, pls one agent here in Nigeria asked for 6,250 pounds for cos, visa fees and no proof of funds, that every thing will work out within 2wks, do you agree that all the, hospitals and homes are not giving cos free again.
Hi Nanelle. Thanks so much for this video. What if you’re on the same visa but switch employers? Does the time spent on the visa with previous COS count?
I think the issue is with the visa not the cos. So, my take is so long as you are on the same visa, then all ur years count despite the change in employer. I stand to be corrected though.
@@rosemaryowen-kings6977 you’re right
It’s not the employer it’s the visa category
How can you switch from your sponsor to another sponsor
This is very insightful. Great job and congratulations dear for your new 90k. Does that mean when you are on Tier 2 VISA COS you have restricted hours to work.
Yes please
Thanks for the reply can please shield more light on this thanks
I thought she was a dependent? If you’re a dependent, you get whatever visa the main applicant gets.
It doesn’t work like that
@@NanelleGriselda my husband is my dependent and he gets whatever visa I get
good sister
My cousin who is on the tier 4 visa doesn't want to go to school again but wants to work.
Can she get a sponsored job whilst in the UK So she stops schooling and work?
Her plan is to stay in the UK legitimately
She's always worried.
I'm interested to hear the response
Hi nanelle,I want to know if the 20 hrs work restriction only affects your second job or you can’t do more than 20 hours extra on your sponsorship job also
It only affects your second job.Work can work as much as you want with your first job
Thanks so much for this info. What of living in the Isle of Man can it be counted as number of years spent in the UK
Please can you help us to make a video on list of care homes currently recruiting Nurses.
Hi Nanelle
How soon can someone on a tier 4 visa switch to tier 2 visa in the uk
Nice dia
Hey Nanelle, thank you for the information, quick question, i am a dependent now but hoping to switch to skilled workers visa in 6months. Does this mean the times i spent as a dependent wouldn't count?
Yes please it won’t count
I want to understand.. does it mean like on the tier 2 visa, you can’t work with more than one agency as a nurse and maintaining the 20hr limit?
Hello ,your video was very informative..Does the same apply if you are switching visas from one main sponsor to another ? Eg from care agency to NHS is there a problem with switching and will it affect the Indefinitely Leave to Remain application later on ?
About asking the same question?
In dilemmma about this currently
No a change of employer won’t affect
Hello sis,I’m on Tier 4 student visa and my husband is my dependent,so if he get a healthcare job with visa sponsorship the years he used as my department won’t count?
My question is this statement, living continuously in the UK for 5years, as requirement for ILR. Does it mean if you travel to your home country for a visit and return back to the UK has breached the continuous period of 5years???
You shouldn’t spend more than 180 days in any year outside the uk. If that happens you’ll need to spend extra days on top of the 5 years to be eligible.
What other jobs can one do with skilled worker visa or can one go to school and persue something different
@@NanelleGriselda please reply my messages on both Instagram and Telegram its very important please.🙏
@@NanelleGriselda ok. Thanks Nanelle
@@NanelleGriselda great ans
Hey Nanelle, kindly share the process of changing from skilled worker to dependant visa?
Hello, were you able to get any info as regards this
Thank you so much Nannele, are the restricted 20hrs weekly or monthly?
Weekly
Vital information. What if a main applicant wants to switch from carer to a registered nurse ,will It affect ILR application ?
Hi and thank you for nice videos my question if I got contract as RN but there is mentioned point about sponsorship for dependent this means I can't bring my children and husband later
Please reply soon 🙏
Thanks
Nanelle, I just love everything you put out. I love watching you talk. So pls my question is since one can combine years done as a main applicant on some of the visas u mentioned...do I take it to mean that One can be on the health and care visa and can switch to a scale up visa??? I know u re not an immigration lawyer but do you have an idea?
Thanks dear . Yes you can combine years on scale up visa (main applicant) + health & care visa ( main applicant)
Pls Nanelle, I have been searching for care or support worker roles in Northern Ireland. You have made me to like that side so please in case you come across any, do well to tell us okay. Thank u🥰
So needed information thankyou lovely 😊
My husband is on skill working visa n I’m on spouse visa ,after I get my NMC planning to switch my visa to skill working visa . In this case also the same rule applies ? That I can’t count my 3 years which I have spend on dependent visa will not count for ILR ? Or continue depended visa until I reach 5 years ? And apply for ILR ?
Yes it won’t count . So you have to decide if you’ll continue on dependent visa for 2 more years and apply for ILR
Congratulations Nanelle for your 90k .please what if someone is coming to uk as a student?can their spouse or partner coming along work without restriction?
Yes
Hello, my Queen. So does it mean that couples must live together to qualify to apply for ILR? I know a couple who is living apart due to work.
#nanellegriselda I have 2 questions: 1. what of a student on tier 4 visa that switches to tier 2 before the end of the study program. Will the switch affect his ILS later? Question 2. What does 20hrs of work mean?
Nanelle. Thank you ! What about route to permanent residence as a student with Tier 4??
Hii, this is so educating. Quick question, what if you come in with a student Visa can you switch to a spousal visa by marrying a British as a guy ? 🙏
Please can you make a video explaining visa requirements for the dependants visa civil partner to a British citizen
Hi Nanelle, I have a very random question: I am South African, 59yrs old; am I eligible to apply for a nursing diploma in the UK?
Ofcourse !!!!!
Thanks babe❤
If you cancel your ILR visa application, do they refund you
