Who's getting the workout here? 😳
+c m Good question
Too much pad and arm work not enough defensive boxing. This isn’t to say the level you work at isn’t enough I’ve just watched previous fights with your guys and they have everything except the defensive ability. Prince was a one off fighter that had the reflexes and unorthodox style to allow the hands low and multiple shots without worrying about his defence too much… however modern day boxing too much output is useless no matter what the division. Check Canelo, fury, Haney, gevonta, Loma, Crawford, spence what do all these guys have in common? The slick defensive acumen and throwing shots without wasting unnecessary output. Your guys fighters need to learn how to box on the back foot a lot more and I believe you would have some of the greatest world champions to ever see. Kell brook has all the potential to beat the guys I’ve just mentioned If you spent a little more time with his guard and back foot work. I’ve always been taught to overwork your weaknesses through gym time then during camp focus solely on your opponents weakness, it feels to me almost you overwork a fighters strengths giving them no room to improve what they struggle with and come fight day will always lose to a well rounded fighter, due to the lack of concentration and consistency during improvement sessions to a fighters weakness. I’m no world champion just something I’ve noticed over non stop watching and training of fighting for the last 7 years
