i think that’s a bit too much to ask. it’s probably a hard habit to shake, so if it bothers you that much then you should sleep to someone else’s videos. i am very particular with which asmrtists i sleep to as well, i can only sleep to edafoxx and dani asmr, but it doesn’t mean you can’t still enjoy other asmrtists during the day/evening
