To those jumping to conclusions and making fun of this lady and calling her names without even going through the entire video or knowing the whole story let me tell you that this lady is not some random lady who can just be conned. She happens to be one of the most educated and successful woman entrepreneur in Nagaland who also owns businesses outside the State and is a self made woman. The resosn she hired a maid was so that the maid could manage the household chores along with other helpers. She also has other maids and drivers who have been with them for over 10 years but never stole a dime and these faithful people were all non-locals. But then she wanted to give our local people an opportunity which sadly was a big disappointment this incident happened. The thief was a local girl who happens to be the biggest female crook we've come across who hid her medical history of sickenss as well.. she was asked to give her ID and parents address multiple times to which she gave excuses until she decdied to disappear knowing that she would be caught. She tried to outsmart the lady by coming in when with her gang when nobody was at home and used professional keys to break into the houseand steal the items during her first attempt but she was actually caught by that lady herself when she came in a second time.
Even after the initial failure of the law failing to do its job she caught that girl when she came back a second time and only after the intervention of Dimapur CP she was put behind bars. Her items were recovered from the girl's possession after interrogation. In the times we live in, many familes have both husband and wives working because not every woman is called to be a stay home mom or a house wife (which is not an easy task). This video was made by GLOBAL WINDOW to create awareness because many families today need house maids and helpers including my family because we are busy with our career and work. Let's not expose our shallow brain by jumping to conclusions about people's misfortunes and events that happen in other people's lives. Infact we should be thankful that she was courageous enough to come online to speak out about this issue. She's not coming online as a victim seeking for help but she's coming online as someone who experienced an incident which she happened to handle very well and wanted to warn other families about the ills of hiring people to work in our homes. Let's learn the art of appreciation in life.

We are always ready to complain rather than understand and learn what this interview is all about.
    1. Talking about face blurring, it is an individuals choice for right to privacy. If it is you and I in this same scenario, we would have asked them to blur our face too.
    2. Ma'am here, in this interview is not crying out for help rather she is giving awareness to the rest of us to be more careful.
The said helper is quite a pro according to the narration, so it's better not to comment before walking in her ( Ma'am) shoes.

They have every information about the person who have being committing the same frauds and he's residing in the nearby area(Burma camp) and told us to catch him ourselves and bring him to police station if caught and not to take matters in our own hand.. Ikr.. i am sure it wasn't carelessness on her part at all.
I have experienced similar but from younger ones, very crafty in their speech, thieving always.
Just sent them away immediately we noticed their behaviour at initial stage. The ones at home were too young but didn't wanna risk any such situation.
Madam here might be kjnd hearted so she decided to give her a chance even when the helper seemed shady.
Call us old fashion or make fun of older people but as soon as we see them making many calls, jumping around with opposite gender we just say no. And habit forming intoxicant aren't allowed in our place since we don't take them either.
