In other words, when it’s being used for tokenisation of assets and debts, CBDCs, etc…all the actual use cases. My prediction, by 2030 it will be full tilt

The reason BTC can theoretically get to 1mil is because there's only 21mil available ever... Xrp unlocked 1billion every month. It'll never get to 100k a piece. And finally Ripple has 2 other Blockchains, which are private and are being used by the banks, not xrp. Not saying it won't ever have a place in the world but not 100k ea.
It is all about market cap. If XRP went up 10,000X right now the market cap would be 222 TRILLION. And the price, with the current circulating supply, would be $4,200. Let's all take a pill here.

Those who know and are the true investors will NEVER sell their holdings of XRP. Say you make $10million, you get a loan for $10 million and now you have $20 million…Take half of the loan and pit it in a hedgfund. Your annual profits from your hedgfund earnings will pay your annual costs for the monthly Or quarterly payments on your loan. Now your free to invest the other $5 million into the next crypto bullrun and make even more money. All while your initial $10millie remains untouched but still growing via some other investment strategy. Become intelligent…not a gambler ✌️

You add liquidity via tokenization. Tokens aren't removed from circulation or locked to any real world asset. That said the more real world assets that are tokenized the larger the market cap.

If XRP were $100,000 with today's supply it would have a market cap of 5 quadrillion dollars, 50x the entire global GDP.
For arguments sake, let's say the "supply" becomes limited as he says in the video. If XRP were to grow to a 1 trillion market cap and be worth 100k then the overall supply would still have to be divided by 5000.

It comes down to the value being held by the ODL. Like he said if super wealthy tokenize their assets on the xrpl, it will force the price up to perform its liquidity function.

I don't think tokenization will happen on the public XRPL, most likely on private sidechains that would bridge to the public XRPL for liquidity. Now lots of XPR will get locked up in AMM pools to provide liquidity between lots of different asset types though. $100k would be way way in the future.
So lets just say every 10k+ bag holder right now decides to hold till this happens (say 10 too 20 years from now), this would create nearly 250,000 billionaires.. theres around 3,000 in the world now.

you do realise that can't happen. if someone tokenism assets using xrp, say 1 xrp = one company, and 1 xrp = another company, but on company os $1b and other is $1m, how will it be a like for like? not possible does not work. people are clasping at straw here.

The only way this is possible is if the settlement involves the burning of every piece of XRP in ripples escrow, 90% of what’s been released. 27 billion burned, leaving 5 billion in circulation.

Well the dollar as the global reserve currency is ending as the world dumps the dollar and trades in their own currencies. Seems XRP would be the logical choice in cross border payment capabilities.

I have a feeling that everyone that is negative is strictly looking at the price/future price of XRP is just like two quarters in their pocket. Those two quarters are not tied to or backed by anything. By tying XRP to real estate, commodities, and other physical assets just cant be imagined by the majority because it has never happened. I have no idea what the price will be or what it will be tied to or used for. I am 100% sure that no matter what the future of XRP is, investing while its 50 cents is going to give me a higher ROI than any savings account. Bottom line, Im going to make profit. Thats 100% in my opinion.

mmmm don;t think so. Assets will be held in side chains away from the mainnet. If and when the tokenized asset needs to move then ok it comes out and is transferred on the XRPL. But on the side chain the value is with an XRP and therefore ODL is not affected.

The mkt cap and amount of XRP available doesn't make sense for these numbers but it will go to $10-$20 this year I believe and then suddenly drop back down to $5 but then bull ish to $50 , and as Brad Garlenhouse says. Many people will sell XRP too early

Nope, won't get that high but I believe it will reach higher in true value than it is now because when (not if) the value of the US$ collapses we won't be measuring the value of XRP against it but something else so $20, $100, $1000 will be meaningless. Perhaps it will be gold where 1 XRP = 1 gram of 9999 Gold. Who knows.

The ledger DOES not depend on the XRP token. All assets can be represented on the ledger. So how exactly will the xrp token go to 100k when you can use ANY token on the XRPL?

Xrp at 100k is more than the total global monetary supply.
That statement would be relevant if it was going to strictly be a currency. But add up all the real estate, commodities, barrels of oil, etc..and tell me what that number is. Then tell me if XRP @ 100K exceeds that.
Anything up to $100 seems reasonable, anything beyond $1000 seems impossible.

XRP is not a store of value. It's a transfer mechanism. The check you write for $1 million does not make the check itself worth a million.

On another note, XRP is not a company share. I am thinking of it like a commodity where prices are determined by demand and supply and not really by market cap.
