Kim was organizing the annual Christmas family photoshoot that they have been doing since childhood. It wasn’t just about Kim wanting things on her schedule but the mere fact that she was trying to set this photoshoot up which is a family tradition and one sibling had to be annoying about it and of all siblings the one who has the least amount of work. Kendall could not come cause of work and Kylie was pregnant and Rob never comes to events. Kourtney was being difficult when things were already rough cause Kim did say “everyone is dropping left and right”. I feel Kourtney being the eldest sibling could at least be a bit more easy on Kim considering she was already stressed about setting the entire thing up.

Kim has always been the hard working one and you can even see it in the early episodes where she would even advice Kylie that no matter how much she may not like the job she will still do it and she has a reputation for always being on time and working well. Just cause Kourtney gave the show a storyline for one or two seasons doesn’t mean she has worked hard.
