Heaven justice is in heaven. Tumwine lived here on planet earth in Uganda. He was not a great model among the tyrannical soldiers that continue to rule and dominate Ugandans since 1962. It is cunning of him to repent before dying to save his skin in heaven. But here on Earth and in the hearts many Ugandans like me, Tumwine was a repugnant army general who could have answered many questions about the countless deaths in Luwero. As God's justice goes, and since his family is keen to dress up his last days as a repented man; God is not fooled by last minute skin-saving repentance ploy. Tumwine did a lot that God detests, hates and forbids. God is a God of justice and not NRM type of Justice.
I like the way u are so beautiful People. Some of Ugandans are very beautiful I think in Africa they can be the First or Second after Ethipians or Rwandans.
