omg! Brenda he was great! You guys overwhelmed him with so much love it was phenomenal! He could barely take it in. You can see rhe wounds from Bobby's death never closes bcuz every time he sings his brother's songs he gets very emotional. He look like he had to do an up tempo just so he wouldn't cry. Can't imagine having such fresh pain from the loss of a loved one. They must've been joined at the hip! I love El and I love the amazingy love y'all showed him. He looks healthy. I pray he stays afloat. I just want to see the best for him.

I can watch El Debarge perform every day; all day... this video right here with him getting emotional while singing, "There'll Never Be/I Call Your Name," written and sung by his deceased brother Bobby... that touched my heart... he is so talented, and I ❤️ him and wish nothing but the best for him.
Bobby taught him. He misses his big brother. Big families are close families. I'm from a big family. All of my brothers and sisters are and will be my favorite people. Reminiscing about his brother Bobby.

@@brendarobinson1656 at the winery it was a good show last time el was here in Chicago before this one I got to meet him my cousin does PR and anytime he's in a city close we go so we was there this time of course but the last time omg I yelled at El.. we got to go back stage well she did she is PR . So she was going to get in an interview and Els manager is like any publicity is welcome from press so she my cousin sets up her gear and walks out yo get something from my car she left so she tells me to relax she will be back so I said ok a guy walks in he ain't knock he just walked in with water towels ect I am being noisy looking around the room we r in well the guy ask me is there anything we may need I said idk the person u have to ask isn't here she will be back in soon he said ok and walks out. So I go to the bathroom that is in the room we in I hear knock knock so I am in the bathroom so I ain't say nothing so I finish my business wash hands look myself in the mirror I am about to meet El debarge and he's fine and was single at that time. So hey El mite have liked curve girls idk so I walk out and knock knock again so I am like come in but it's still loud another act was on stage so knock knock again so now I am like I assume it was the dude that was just in there who had asked me if we needed anything so he ain't knock last time y knock now so knock knock hard this time so I am like loud as he'll wtf dude y r u knocking it's loud as he'll in hear nobody can hear them dam knocks so as I'm about to open the door knock knock again so I am like WTF I'm coming dam and when I open the door it's El he is like hi so I closed the door back and ran to the bathroom hiding I had just yelled at El debarge so I here my cousin laugh and say Sharon she is harmless. El laughs so my cousin knocking on the bathroom door why El say Sharon don't like knocking I was embarrassed and came out the bathroom he was such a sport about it I apologized it was loud he understood. And I got a pic with him and a singed copy of his 2nd chance cd.

Me neither. The music cheers me up. His courage cheers me up. His faith cheers me up. I listen to him so much that I was accused of having an affair with some musician dude on the internet Ridiculous people Love them anyway. They crazy I want to find my voice. Singing makes me feel good so I want to learn how to sound good. So far. My voice is too soft, has a wide split octave range, and I lose tonal quality on the high. In other words El can sing 🎤. Try to follow him and see how hard it is really. I am still going to learn all his songs because it’s good I think. Whitney Houston too. BabyFather by Sade, and Adele. All superstars. All very different. All uplifting. Maybe their challenge will help me find my voice. I need my voice
