This video does not know the actual lights or actual samples that are shot with any of the soft boxes.
Most pro-photographers are pretty well versed in the softboxes and even use huge softboxes whether it is an octabox or a parabolic softbox.
What is the difference between an Octabox and a Parabolic softbox? I will try to clear this out in this video.

Nice video, toh aap yeh keh rahe hai ki softbox ko aap reflector umbrella ke jaise use nahi kar sakte hai par parabolic softbox ko as a parabolic reflector bhi use kar sakte hain. sahi?

By the way thats not true. i bought godox octa SB UBW80 model and it has a lot of space to move the lights...i.e. can change the distance.
By the way godox octa SB UBW80 is designed for speedlights. We can't attach a video light from behind.
Some do use it as continuous light but that does not change the concept of how it ideally works..!
