Potting of junction boxes on outdoor floor lighting | WEICON Urethane 90 SF

In this video we show how to professionally encapsulate a junction box for outdoor ground lighting with the help of WEICON Urethane 90 SF.
The first step is to strip the underground cable with the WEICON TOOLS Round Cable Stripper No. 13 (www.weicon.de/.... Then we insulate the conductors with the WEICON TOOLS Wire Stripper No. 5(www.weicon.de/.... Then we mix WEICON Urethane 90 SF (www.weicon.de/...) to a uniform mass and pour it into the junction box. It is important to ensure that no air bubbles are trapped. After curing, we close the junction box with the lid.
This process ensures not only the safety but also the longevity of the outdoor floor lighting.
WEICON Urethane 90 SF is a fast-curing and self-levelling potting compound that cures with virtually no shrinkage. In addition to its high curing speed and powerful adhesive strength, it is also characterized by its permanently high static strength. The compound is particularly suitable for high-precision potting work, such as the potting of floor anchors, sensors, fixing devices or stand marks for laser measurement.
