In my early 20's, I was under pressure to stop seeing someone, just because her body type didn't match mine. I ended up breaking up with her because of this pressure & wasn't entirely honest with her as to why. Twenty years later, I still regret hurting her & not being honest. This song was on a playlist that we often heard while driving my son to school. It would usually come on just after I would drop him off. I absolutely LOVED the song. One thing I wanted to add is this song & story made me come to terms with my own insecurities. In my early 20's, I was under pressure to stop seeing someone, just because her body type didn't match mine. I ended up breaking up with her because of this pressure & wasn't entirely honest with her as to why. Twenty years later, I still regret hurting her & not being honest.
