Not really a Yaesu guy, but this is a nice looking radio. Took many of the IC-7300 features and added them from the 991A. The 3D scope display is pretty neat. And added more functions to the touch screen. Now just need a say to save settings but maybe you can do that with the USB
The side grips are probably from an Icom 7300? Seemed a little short on both the front and rear. That means it is slightly deeper than the IC 7300. The grips looked great, though.
Экран так себе на видео видно через камеру как моргает . Панорама , тоже цветомузыка одним словом , на которой не понятно где станции , так же условия приема щелчки какие то .
3D panorama is useless option. I hope Yaesu will get rid of It, and change It to Averaging setting of the screen, wich they forgot to install on both radios, FTDX101D and FTDX10
If its the dame as the 101, the level and span needs setting for best reliability.. cant see why they don’t get someone to demonstrate it properly . Seems crazy way to get folk interested in buying it..
@@andhanwer I bought one, receiver is excellent. transmitter excellent. scope usable. got one of first 8 radios HRO got. using 2 weeks. sitting next to my TS-890. running CW on 160M, outstanding!
Not impressed! The 3D waterfall is nothing more than a distracting gimmick and they should have just went ahead and put 2m & 70cm in it and called it a FT-992. For what it is it way overpriced. No thanks' Yaesu I'll just keep my FT-2000 as it's a better radio. If I buy a new radio it will probably be a ICOM IC-7610. KE0SJQ.
I like the extra functions added to the touchscreen I’m hoping yaesu does a update for the 991A to add this feature
that will never ever happen
Can the display be changed to show a traditional waterfall? To me, the new 3D style seems a little messy when scrolling through the frequencies.
He does change to standard but fails to reset level and span for best view..

well that display is a bit confusing

They are rails from the 991 version.
@@forgetyourlife I realized that it even says so (its 991 rails )in the video (in japanese). They are still little short.
@@zrdcorp I hope it’s just for reference bc yes, pretty much useless.
@@forgetyourlife lol
Yes it did not protect main tuning knob. I am sure Project Zero will come up with a version for ftdx10
is the keyboard of the ftdx 10 backlit like ft991?
How many tx range 7 mhz in jp mode ? Tx 7.000.000 mhz-7.200.000 mhz ? Or same as American mode
Does it have the vlc?
No
ディスプレイのスコープはワイドにできるのか?みたかったです、興味津々です。

Looks like test equipment, and not a HF radio
Gdzie jest UKF ;(
giveaway for me please......i really need this HF radio....please...
No UHF No VHF= not worth the change.
It is if you want a real HF radio not an "all mode" compromise.
