After watching a lot of Kelly's interviews for this new 2023 album, I think she finally found a person on the same emotional level. This dude actually understands her, gives her enough time to express herself, and doesn't put cliches and empty phrases in her mouth.
Agreed! Of all the idols who continue to have booming careers, it’s SO NICE to see one of them staying true to their roots-being real and authentic without all the fillers and superficiality of celebrity life. She hasn’t changed her looks or her personality-she’s still a sweet, fun loving, goofball who simply loves to laugh and smile and bring joy. She doesn’t follow the hype of diets and fillers and surgery. The only thing not real about her is her hair extensions. She’s not fake in any way. She looks the same as she did at 19 (no surgery or fillers). She hates makeup and prefers NATURAL which is so great. She’s human and natural and her TALENT and her ATTITUDE has gotten her this far. She’s not a drama queen, she doesn’t talk crap about others (even her exes). She’s kind and respectful and allows her personal life to be personal. I respect the hell out of her and feel people should be classy like Kelly. No one is perfect-but she knows who her friends are and is very careful about topics that could impact her kids (now or in the future) and puts her anger and frustrations 2nd to herself. She knows who she can talk to and keeps it private-as she should!
She really is a beautiful lady, a amazing artist! Her beauty is so amazingly beautiful because her inside her heart is too! A amazing human being she is!

I am going through the most painful grief I’ve ever felt in my life. I have dealt with death from an early age and throughout my life but when someone that you love and trust them for four years just walks out the door with No explanation. It is a sadness like no other. Combined with all of the other emotions of confusion and blindsidedness. I can’t imagine what Kelly must’ve been going through when she had to still get on TV every day and do a talk show while going through this.
This idea that relationships are "hard work" is one of the reasons I stayed in a horrible, toxic, damaging one for ten years. I had a lot of emotional and mental knots to untie when it was over. I'm beyond lucky to have found a true soulmate, partner, and friend, in my husband. We have been together for over seven years, and there isn't a single day that has passed that has felt like hard work. We have been through some impossibly hard things together over the last few years, and we have always met them as a united force. I hope Kelly finds love again, and I hope the same for anyone out there who is doubting true love exists. Stay hopeful

Can actually enjoy this interview because Kelly doesn't buy into the pretentious depictions Zane likes to put on people. E.g "how did you handle divorce so well while building a TV show how does she do it." Glad she quickly corrected him by saying how being closed doors she was actually a mess. Some celebrities come on here and enjoy being told how they are the most creative and inspiring person ever.
I agree. In my opinion, he kept trying to “blow her mind” by saying what he considered to be profound, & she responded with a I know. And just nonchalantly & casually added her own wisdom to his point. He is laughable.
She's so relatable, but he seems to come after about every part of her experience/expression and compartamentalize/label it. Yet she's so polite about it. I thought it would just be an interview about her. Thank you for sharing, Kelly.
Kelly always praise Mariah's songwriting skill. Her eloquent words should be heard by many music critics and give Mariah credit long overdue as should be. Mariah should get in one of the best songwriter in history as Bob Dylan and many more!!!

Kelly has been "my girl" for years, she's followed me through the ups and downs in my life and my big divorce after. These days, listening to this album...nothing is really clicking with me, I've learned to move past most of the anger and hate and sadness and now I'm living a new life with my new Husband and I couldn't be happier! Hearing her speak about working forward after the hurt sounds almost exactly like me the last couple years so it's weird the music didn't connect with me this time. Kelly is still very much "my girl". 🧡

I love kelly, i love this album. her perspective is just so authentic and vulnerable and like authenticity is usually word thats like thrown around flippantly with celebrities but with kelly its the truest form of authenticity where she is honest and sincere and grounded in how she was raised and how she incredible empathetic, as she says everything is on the table. I love kelly, i love this album. her perspective is just so authentic and vulnerable and like authenticity is usually word thats like thrown around flippantly with celebrities but with kelly its the truest form of authenticity where she is honest and sincere and grounded in how she was raised and how she incredible empathetic, as she says everything is on the table. This is a lovely interview with Zane.
